    I originally purchased a front bumper on November 23, 2023 as a Christmas present for my son. A couple weeks after placing the order I contacted **** to confirm that I would receive the front bumper before Christmas as it was a main present for my son and even told **** that if it was not please let me know so that I may have something else for my son when he wakes up on Christmas. then the excuses started to pour in going to be extended Waiting on lasers Shipping time extended Two days before Christmas. He finally answered my email asking if it has already been shipped and he said no. Not much time to get a new gift for him for Christmas. Fast forward 18 weeks later, and we still have not received the bumper and have been given a false screenshot of a refund which we have not received either. He has promised to send a front bumper that we ordered with a rear bumper for the delays. Neither have been received. Next excuse was, he would send a brake light with the front bumper we ordered plus give us a refund. Still nothing has been received. DO NOT buy from this business as he will just take orders and never ship them out. If this is not resolved, I will be filing a lawsuit.

    I purchased a bumper from "drewsfab" on 10/17/2023. He proceeded to give me nothing but excuses, and further pushed his date of completion and shipping out. After over five months of excuses, and no product delivered, I firmly requested a refund. **** seemingly gave me a fraudulent refund receipt, and no money has actually been returned to me. There are numerous accounts online of scammy interactions, and false refunds being given by this business.

    On October 12, 2023 I ordered a 1999-2019 Silverado/Sierra Third Brake Light with Baja Designs and a harness with wireless control from ****'s Fabrication for $429.50. The build time on the website was 4-8 weeks but on December 8th I reached out to him and he said that my order would be sent out in 1-2 weeks. I then messaged him on January 7th, 2024 and received a message saying "we're catching up on orders this week and next thank you." it has now been 20 weeks since I have ordered and still not have received my order. I have heard the same situation happening to several people who have ordered from this business. I have never experienced this from any business that i have ever dealt with and would either like a refund or my order to finally be sent.

    I ordered a third brake light bar from ****'s on 09/29/23 and the total was $399.50 with tax. After waiting the 6-8 weeks for the build on the website I reached out to drews via Instagram and got a runaround stating he was waiting on the lights. Since then I have continually reached out via Instagram and have multiple times asked for a refund and have not gotten a answer.

    I had ordered from this company in October, was promised item would be mailed out with in 4-8 weeks. Have not received anything and waiting for a refund. Company has not returned any messages I have wrote and just want me money back already. I also included from numerous of other people who have experienced same issue with the same business.

    I purchased a product from Drews Fabrication on September 22 2023. I was told it would take 4-8 weeks to receive my item. After the proposed delivery time I began asking questions. It was excuse after excuse for 2 months straight. Then was told that my item would ship by the end of the week (01/12/2024). I received no tracking or shipping information. I reached out to see what was going on. I was ignored and then messaged back with yet another excuse. When I told *************************** that if I didnt receive my order I would then have to report this to my bank for a refund. I was ignored for a week and then asked to call him on 01/19/2024. I told him I was at work and that I would call him when I had a chance. I called back about 45 minutes later. No answer. I called back a second time. No answer. I left a voicemail with my name and number and 2 minutes later my order was cancelled. So after 4 months of waiting on an order that was supposed to be done in 4-6 weeks, my order was canceled with no explanation or warning. *** talked to a lot of people that have ordered from this company and have the same experience with no communication, not receiving their orders or just disrespect and lying.

    Date of transaction - 2/6/23 Amount- $1299.00 Order number - ********** On 2/6/23 I paid for a front bumper for my 2010 gmc sierra * there was a 1-2 week wait for build time. I have messaged them multiple times and all I hear is itll be shipped next week but Ive heard that countless times. I have been told it is finished on several occasions with messages after asking questions about what I ordered telling me its clearly not done and Im being lied to. I really either just want the product I paid for or my money back.

    November of 2021 I had contracted with Drew Fabrication to install a fence. He had agreed, however did not install the fence until December 18th. When finished it did not look as it should. The paint had ran all over the fence, he sent someone to try and take the paint off of fence, however it made it dull and look worse. He promised to replace the boards with new ones. However he did not make good on his promise, he kept delaying and delaying making excuses for the delays. We are now in May and I had given him a deadline as I could not wait any longer.

    Occurance: 12/2021: Clovis, CA Paid: 5k ****** committed to return by 2/28/2022 to replace 20 wood planks on the fence that he installed on 12/17/2021. We noticed a few boards discolored due to moist weather in 12/2021 caused by the sprayed black paint from the spray painted posts set up to hold the planks. When the job was completed in 12/2021 the welding of the post was completed late night without proper lighting. Instead of replacing the wood **** sent out a crew to come out to sand out the discoloring. We reached out to **** to let him know there was some planks that still show discoloring and the sanding of the planks caused them to be thinner and flimsy. **** finally came out in person to see for himself and noticed the planks were crooked, discolored, and there were gaps in the vertical boards. During this visit on 2/15/2022 **** stated he will replace them on 2/28/2022 and wrote out a invoice, but never showed up. When I would call and text I got replies of, "I forgot," or "I just got out of work," and then another time, "I was out of town with family mattters." During each failed show up I had to reach out to Mr. **** only to find out he was not coming. To this day my issue has not been resolved. Invoice 126

    Please review the attachment. It goes in detail. I have tried to text, call, email with no resolution. ****** has done this to other people where he takes their money and does not complete the job. Please help me in holding ****** accountable. All I wanted was a service to be provided. Instead, I was taken advantage. If you need additional information such as textes I can provide. Thank you.
