I was having difficulty with the *** as I had some returns that I had neglected to file so they had filed for me incorrectly. These guys refiled my tax returns correctly and got my late fees and penalties waived by the ***.

The more I spoke with the man the more I realized, "It's just another scam." All they wanted was info from me. I understand that's his job, but when he can't tell you what ATC stands for its a DEAD giveaway that it is scam. The *** doesn't care if you waste money as Iong as they get theirs. I know of three others that fell for this because they are in trouble for falling for other scams to get them in this situation. If you can afford this you can afford a local tax lawyer. Be wise people, please be extremely careful. ??

I had no idea when I opened that site that I would be met with the kindness I was met with by this man; ************************ This man went far and beyond when it came to helping us out without tax debt and the problem we had back in the past and on a **** issue. Took him no time to contact the *** and identify my issues and came up with an alternative to what I thought would happen.Bottom line to all this is Mr ************************ He's the greatest. These people are a complete SCAM. They charged me $6k, then had me hire another company for $1.5k, and then charged me another $13k. All they did was file 2 ********** corporations that would have cost me $1,000 if I hired a paralegal. They didn't file any tax returns for me. They don't return calls or emails. They simply don't care, they will take your money and do nothing.

Well Im not very happy with these people Ive been with them since February of last of this year and in the last four months I have only talk to these people twice I have left numerous emails texts phone calls nobodys returning my phone calls at all now I would like to know whats going on with my case and I talk to the guy on Friday several weeks back oh I just got back into the office he said I was opening a new office somewhere and all of a sudden he says let me get with the partners and Ill get back to you on Monday or Tuesday that was five weeks ago his name is ******************* I would love for somebody to get back with me maybe this is the only way I can get somebody to talk to me I dont understand what is going on with my case this is the case its been going on for several years after they took $32,000 out of my savings account last year and I would really like some help Ive tried emailing and texting calling the whole kitten caboodle please help me *****************************

BEWARE!!! I was referred to this company a few months ago. The company claims to be experts in Crypto. They supposedly offer services to structure and set up Trust's and LLC's that are optimal for legal tax reduction. Upon contacting them, I was asked to submit a $2,500 retainer to retain their services. I was asked to send the payment in the form of Crypto to an address they provided. Upon going over a supposed, customized, strategic tax planning session with a consultant named, *******************, I was asked to send them another $17,500, again in a Crypto payment to set up the LLC's and Trust structures. While not going quite as far as stating he was a Tax Attorney, he definitely was skirting the edges of legality by his boastful statements and claims of how they will fight for me directly with the *** should anything ever arise. While on the call, I was introduced to ***********************, who does claim to be a Tax Attorney. We had a brief conversation on speakerphone and he assured me that I was doing the best thing possible to protect myself from future *** overreach.During the call, ****** stated he was going to put a rush on my case and would have the services completed no later than the end of May. By mid June, I had not heard anything back so I followed up and received a voice mail from ****** making some excuses and saying it would be done quickly. Fast forward to mid July, and still no updates. My repeated calls and emails to ****** have been ignored.This company also goes by the name of American Tax Solutions, just look up their BBB record with similar experiences to mine.Why go through so much trouble to rip people off? I just don't get it. I want a full refund at this point as nothing has been done. I will be seeking legal action.
