I called and spoke with "M". I specifically stated, "I'm looking to file a Chapter 7". I repeated this statement multple times during the conversation. I stated all the previous issues I had with a Tax group and a debt relief program before. "M" initially told me "Tax debt cannot dismissed with a Chapter 7". I then read "M" a statement from *** Law firm that stated, "What type of tax debt is dischargeable through bankruptcy? Typically, only income tax debts can be dischargeable in bankruptcy."Then "M" tells me, "OK, this is correct, but you have to be current with your filings for the last 4 years. I never questioned that and would be fine, because my filings are current.Most the the time as I am REPEATEDLY stating, "I have been dealing with these issues for years and just need to file. The strain is too much on me and my family. These previous agencies (two of them) I've dealt with wasted my time, took my money, and provided very little if any real assistance.""M" keeps looping around to "I don't want you to have to waste 10 years of your life with a BK. My company is not like those other companies. We can do a much better job and will give you real results in 24 to 36 months of Debt Repair. "M" does a "soft credit" pull to see what is going on. I reluctantly give him the requested information. He again tells me how his company could help me and my fiance through a program. I told him again multiple times. I don't want that. I would just like to get this over with and start the process of a BK.Then "M" tells me.... "Oh I see. Well we don't do that." Now I'm really upset and Tell him " Oh? You're website I'm on clearly stated you do hand Bankruptcy. He then tells me..."Well... we do, but that's only for establised clients who we've already been working with."M's" mannirism the whole time was polite, but still his actions were very misleading and time wasting; as even though they COULD provide *********** they wouldn't so he could profit form a program.
