    I purchased a step trashcan from Glad some time ago and the plastic harness that holds the lid to the can snapped leaving the lid ajar and not quite functional.On 12/10/24 I contacted Glad using the chat feature on their website in the hopes of acquiring a replacement part. They directed me to email or call a subsidiary ********************* and I did that same day (12/10). On 12/17 I had not heard back yet, so I contacted the Glad chat and was told to wait the full 5-7 business days. I contacted them again after the 7 business days and Glad chat escalated my issue internally and I was told it would be 2-3 business days for that team to contact me.The week of the 23rd I reached out again to the Glad chat team (I still had not heard anything at that point). I was told that because of the holidays I should wait another week to hear back.On Dec 30th I wrote and submitted a formal complaint letter.On 1/6/25, I reached out to Glad chat team and was told they were in receipt of the letter and could not set an expectation of when I would hear back from Glad. I asked to speak with a VP as there had been multiple service breaks and at that point the chat agent closed the chat.I'm looking for someone to reach out to me to resolve this.

    Horrible customer service outsource for *********************** Bees baby So on December 12, 2024 I placed an order for three items. The size of my items are supposed to be 0 to 3 months. When I receive the items They were 3 to 6 months. When I call Customerservice to find out what happened like what did I receive the wrong sizes? The lady I spoke to on 12/29/2024 Was super rude. When I asked her what happened she was basically like I dont know youre the one that placed the order extremely rude and I was like well then you need to redo this order but we return it and get my right sizes. She said oh no I cant do that. We cant do that.. when I requested to speak to a supervisor, She said oh theres no supervisors there. I cant transfer you then I said why when did the supervisors leave? She said oh the supervisors are in ****** and they left at 5pm. Thats weird because its 3 oclock in ****** right now. She said OK let me transfer and reach out to them and she ended up just hanging up on me very horrible **************** I dont think Ill buy anything from this company again.

    Purchased two containers of dishwashing soap one for me one for mom-in-law. Gooey stuck melted in container. Made phone call to customer service number on container they say they are not responsible call Clorox Clorox is the manufacturer. Number on package customer service is inept. Phone ********************** they tell me they don't make this product yet their name is slapped all over it??! To make matters worse I purchased two more at ******* so I'd be covered throughout the holidays. In the meantime each of these was $12 totaling $24 plus tax. The folks on the customer service line for ********************** didn't know what to do with me we're also inept, slow if not working from home paying to much attention to other things and not their own customers! Shame on ********************** please help me get a refund. Thank you

    I am very sorry but we do not make any Dishwashing products. I will investigate but I am not aware of any dishwashing products.

    I just found out it is one of our licensed products by New Wave.

    Based on the PawPointsRewards program we switched to exclusively use the ScoopAway litter brand. We also asked our volunteers and followers to donate their rewards points to us hoping we could claim the promised free litter boxes as rewards. Our members have accrued lots of rewards points for us and in the meantime the PawPointsRewards has removed ALL rewards from their program. We contact them asking for comment and they just said "we are constantly changing rewards". This was months ago and nothing has changed. We are devastated by how The Clorox Company treats their customers, especially when they are registered non-profit animal rescue organizations.

    We are rejecting this response because we were contacted by The Clorox Company in a rather ugly and poorly written email that claims that:

    > ********* for this person! ********** now offers coupons on the site again. There is a 3.00 coupon available on this page now: ********************************

    Upon checking neither do any rewards appear under My Rewards in our shelter account but also the previously points donated to us do not show in our current points balance. This rewards program is broken and has the appearance of a scam. As a non-profit animal rescue, we are very disappointed that The Clorox Company is not taking out complaint serious, tries to down play the concern and basically shut down the program that previously promised us free cat litter for our animal rescue.

    We are rejecting this response because: The Clorox Company claims that the PawPointsRewards program is not their program and "just uses their name" which according to their very own **************** (***) in the attached screenshot can be seen is not true. The *** clearly establish The Clorox Company as the owner and operator of the program and establish a legally binding relationship between us and them and not a third party.

    Much needed contact by Clorox company which puts out liquid plumber drain opener. Wish to have guarantee. Unfortunately product didn't work in my drains. I wish I could find a receipt I'm very busy I'm a doctor I also teach and I don't have the receipt but I did call to see about the refund and was met by a woman whose name was ******** who was not in the least accommodating. I spoke my mind about how I felt about it and she was very irate in return. She said to me I bet you treat everyone this way and I was left scratching my head? This woman definitely has some kind of issue going on and if she was having a bad day and apology would have been appropriate. She said she had my phone number and she would have a supervisor call me. This did not happen. Oddly enough I received a phone call from what said was private caller. I picked up the phone and the woman by the name of ******** because I recognized the voice, told me she had my phone number and that I should remember that she has my phone number. She told me she could get my address too from my phone number. I asked her what that was supposed to mean and she laughed really hard and told me quote you will see. This is very unprofessional behavior from any customer service agent. As said this woman definitely has some kind of a mental issue going on to actually call back a customer and quasi threaten them. I would like contact by the company to see about the guarantee for the liquid plumber but more importantly I'm a doctor and I have very little time to spare and I can't be answering phones that constantly say private caller at my house. And I say this because at approximately 10:15 p.m. when I was in bed the call came again. And the woman was breathing heavy and then started snickering and hung up. Please Clorox I want contact from you and get this customer service agent under control. Thank you

    We will investigate and as a goodwill we will send this consumer a check for $19.00. There is no reason for a agent to be rude and this is one of our better agents so we will talk to her. The agent was following the correct procedures you do need your receipt due to we get lots of fraudulent calls.

    Liquid plumber is guaranteed which is why it was purchased. My sister and I have a dog grooming business a lot of hair goes down the drain and once in awhile we get a clog. Purchase two bottles liquid plumber relying on guarantee. Did not work. *** fought me on guarantee for several weeks so made phone call to liquid plumber which is manufactured by Clorox the web says. Somebody named ******** answered the phone. Read me the riot act. She had a man in the background yelling and I could hear him say something about that I was a white ignorant b****. She said I didn't deserve a refund with no receipt. I quoted the bottle saying it says nothing about receipt. This woman was very vulgar. She said she knew my type. I asked for another representative or higher customer service and she put me on hold for 32 minutes. She had a lot of background noise, a man yelling and she was a black woman with an extra grind about white people it would seem because that's what the man in the background was yelling about parrot something about it's almost 5:30 and she needed to get off the phone. Is this Clorox can they possibly be this unprofessional. I called back a second time and got this woman again and she proceeded to hang up on me? I don't know what I ever did to deserve this kind of treatment from a company as famous as Clorox and as a senior citizen for someone that's really used a lot of their products when I look in my cabinet. I called Clorox and got a security person who picked up the phone and he said these customer service Representatives work from home unsupervised and that's the problem. He passed me to somebody but I couldn't get through to the voicemail. Please assist me with the liquid plumber guarantee. Much obliged

    We will send this consumer a check for $26.00.  We will talk to the agent and listen to the call because our calls are recorded and agent know this. It does state on bottle we need receipt because we get many fraudulent calls requesting reimbursement and they have no receipt.

    On 03/18/23, I purchased a Compact Slim Brita Water pitcher with a sensor lid from Target for $24.99. A week ago, the sensor stopped working. I contacted Brita and requested a replacement lid. They said they do not provide replacement parts. Had I known this product would last less than 2 years, I would never have purchased it. I would like a replacement sensor lid or a new pitcher.     I have been purchasing fresh step cat litter for years almost solely for their paw points rewards program. For the last couple years the program has been declining, rewards are getting worse, and often unavailable. As of the last several months the program has been non existent. I cant add points, redeem my many saved points, or get in touch with anyone. Their website has just said were working on the program please check back soon. There has been no official statement from fresh step, no response from their customer support, and no information about when the rewards program will be active again. Id like to redeem my current points if the program is not resuming! Advertising for paw points rewards and not having an active rewards program is a scam!

    I have a CLorox Powerscrubber that I like a lot. However, it no longer works! Once fully charged, the On/Off button does absolutely nothing. I have reported this 20 times now to Clorox, by phone and email, and all I get back are boilerplate response saying to send proof of purchase. I have told them by email and to *** and **** (their phone ***** repeatedly that I don't have the receipt but I have photos of the product and have sent those four photos many times to Clorox. I also tweeted the company and messaged it on FB. No one replies on FB or X. I believe it is wrong for Clorox to leave us stuck with expensive products that do not work!!!! I want it replaced please at CLOROX's expense, not mine. And no I can't afford to pay postage to send the defective one to Clorox!!! I sent four photos to Clorox several times already and have attached them again here. THAT IS THE ****** NOW DO SOMETHING PLEASE. I can't imagine that CLorox is in the business of distributing products that break down like this, is it? Thank you yet again.

    Liquid Plumber is guaranteed. Says so on bottle. Cost me 20 bucks, didn't work. Phone customer service number on bottle to set up refund like bottle says. Agents or condescending, awful abusive and pathetic. Very untrained. Although I am Filipino and have an accent I am legal in this country. I have been here years. I felt discriminated against. The consumer protection laws state that a business must provide a refund if the product says 100% refundable. This is Clorox? My cleaner and bleach company and even the stuff I use in my pool? Shame Shame Shame on Clorox. I want my $20 refunded because the Liquid Plumber did not work as guaranteed with a guaranteed refund. ******** service agent by the name of ******** was sarcastic and penalized me for no receipt. It does not say you need a receipt on the bottle. Unfortunately I couldn't find my receipt. I want what's owed to me for non-working Liquid Plumber. I called twice and each agent kept me on the phone for 25 minutes and did nothing for me. Why is Clorox hiring these bad inept agents?

    We will contact this consumer and as a Goodwill send her a check for $21.00.  Consumer said she did not have her receipt and it didn't say you have to have a receipt on the bottle. I am sorry but having your receipt is a common request for any situation.  We could get millions of calls a day requesting $20.00 because consumers are saying a product didn't work and the consumer could just be trying to get money.  I am NOT happy about the agent being rude but she was correct not to refund without a receipt.  Please let consumer know for future reference always have the receipt for one of our product if it doesn't work.
