    For the past 14 years Ive been buying Fresh Step Non-Clumping ******************* in the 14 pound bags for my 3 cats. One bag ALWAYS poured enough cat litter in 3 cat litter pans. The past year, or longer Ive noticed one 14 pound was no longer giving me the same amount and was only filling 2.5 cat liter pans. EVERY bag started coming up short, so I decided to start putting the bags on a scale as soon as I got home. Sure enough, EVERY 14 bag was coming up short. They only weighed 13 pounds. I contacted the company a few months ago and told them the bags are short and I sent them a picture of the proof of purchase and a photo of the fresh step on a scale and they refunded my money. I decided to give them one more chance and went back to the store I bought the liter at ***************** Store) and bought 15 more bags, only this time they raised the price of each bag almost a dollar a bag. When I got home I weighed each bag and these bags were WORSE! They were even shorter than the other bags only weighing **** pounds. These are supposed to weigh 14 pounds. I cant imagine how much I lost over a years time when I felt the other bags, I didnt weigh, were also short, but didnt weigh them. Im certain now they too were short too. Ive contacted the company for a FULL refund and they made an incident report. They promised to call me back and never did. I spoke with ******** I called back today and they confirmed they got my photos I sent them of my proof of purchase. Im asking for a full refund. My reference number the company gave me for my complaint is 220712-000911. I bought 7 bags for $69.69 and 8 bags for $73.77 Total cost $143.46. Receipt and photo of the 14 pound bags weighed at **** pounds is attached.We are fighting inflation and now they raised the price of this liter almost $3 a bag and short each bag. I feel cheated. Thank you for your help.

    every time I join match.com and I reply to members I dont get any responses none. and they have A boost my profile which cost extra money to the basic fee and they say will get you more responses. I never get a response . when I discontinued my membership I almost get bombarded by members. many of the profiles appear to be made up profiles by match to encourage new memberships and money 10 years ago match appear to be a more legitimate site as there were responses to my profile and comments made to the other members match.com appears to be a scam site just taking ones money

    I have been using this product for many years.I purchased the Clorox Wipes as usual. Also I want to add that it states it's good on metal on the canister, AND I have been using said product on the same door.This canister of wipes literally ruined a $1000 door. I used the wipes as I usually do and came back 5 minutes later to the door having "bleached" out spots where the wipes literally ate through the metal. This is the second time in a month i have had a problem with your product. Your toilet wand wipes fell apart in my toilet where i then had to fish it out after it clogging the toilet. I did NOT make an issue out of this and your representative told me you know about this as you changed manufacturers...IF YOU KNEW ABOUT IT WHY ARE YOU STILL SELLING THE DEFECTIVE ONES AND NOT PULLING THEM OFF THE SHELVES.?At this point I have a front door with bleach marks all over it which can't be removed or fixed. I am poor!!!! I trusted your quality and product as it's always been reliable which is why I don't buy the store cheaper brands. I NEVER expected to have my door ruined with your product. Your quality is TERRIBLE lately as i should have learned from your toilet wand , instead I bought your Clorox wipes and wound up with a ruined front door. Look at the bottom of that door!!!!!

    I recently purchased the Clorox Commercial Solutions Bleach-Free Hand Sanitizer. I am extremely disappointed with the bottles design, as the product seeped out underneath the trigger spray, despite being tightly secured. This sanitizer was expensive, nearly $20, and I have only used it once or twice.

    I bought an 18 cup ultramax brita dispenser from Amazon literally 3 weeks ago I get up tonight and I have water all over my floor under my fridge in my fridge... Pretty much everywhere... Needless to say the whole water dispenser emptied and was leaking all day while I was at work. This caused me not only a headache but wasted money on the product and it could have cost me more money in water damage. Luckily I was able to move my fridge and clean all the water up. I bought this off of Amazon but the is a manufacturer defect. I definitely think I should be given my money back if not more. This product should be removed from shelves immediately.
