I ordered 5 backdrops from them January 2nd and received none to date! I have sent emails to them with no response back. The phone number is no longer in service and the website is not operating either any more. They did take my money though. I feel being completely ripped off! I would leave ZERO stars. A this is very upsetting because I did order from them a little over a year ago and was actually happy with the product before. They should at this point either process a refund or, at least, respond with status.Review from Valerie H

I have dealt with this company for over ******************************************** *******. Sometime in 2023 they have just become a giant ripoff. I ordered 2 handpainted muslin backdrops in August of 2023. When following up, they said the material was on backorder. Since then they have ignored all requests for an update. I too must receive at least 2 text messages a week from them with promotional deals. I think they have just become a scam. They take your money and never send you the ordered items. Do NOT order from them.Review from Zachary R

This seems like a scam. I paid in July, and nearly five months later, I have no product. They refused my request for a refund then stopped responding to my messages. But they still email me about three times a day with new offers.Review from Jean J

I used Backdrop Outlet for several years and their products are ok (not high quality), but cheap . They were always slow to deliver. My most recent order placed on June 13, 2023, though, was not delivered and now they will not respond to me. They charged my card and did not deliver. I am seeing all kinds of comments on their social media and here at BBB saying that other orders are not being delivered. Looks like this company has gone from OK to very bad and they continue to sell products that are not being delivered. Super disappointing. Don't order from Backdrop Outlet.Review from Gentry K

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a SCAM. They will not mail your products to you, they will not refund your orders, and customer service will not respond. But they will continue to send you shady email offers that make you think youre getting a good deal while they steal your money. Trust ***** from someone else.Review from Justin V

Terrible company. Ordered a backdrop from them, was less than impressed with the quality, asked for a refund and returned the item. They refused to refund, which is obnoxious. They did offer a gift card, which I used to purchase a product turntable from their website. The turntable arrived weeks and weeks later, direct from *****, and aside from being total garbage, it was DOA. The packaging was damaged the turntable was not repairable or usable. I contacted their support, again demanding a refund and was denied. They told me they were sending a replacement turntable, despite me not wanting it. The replacement never showed up and gave up Backdrop Outlet as a scam. On a whim, I emailed them a year later, hoping to get better customer service. **** was nice and immediately issued me a new gift card, which I used to purchase 3 acrylic backgrounds. It has now been 4 weeks since I placed that order, and no shipping. After 2 ******************* claimed it would ship the next day. It didn't. Then she said it would "be shipping this week." It hasn't. Do not give Backdrop Outlet your business.
