    I have side photography services, and for the past fifth teen years I have purchaser variety backdrops. I have as early when they were in *******, and now until 2023 September their online dramatic prices sale adds at their ********** location. At first, everything appeared to fine until entering the third month waiting on the order. My response was limited to emails to their customer service, several emails per month for several months entering into 2024. No response, no phone number, even though I had their old number from *******. Could not believe during that time September 2023 and each month therefore continue to advertise. Disturbing. I hope and pray for solution. But Never, Again! !

    I made an online purchase through this company, whom I have used for several years with no problems. First order was in Sept. 2023 which never arrived. Made many attempts via email and on-website contact to get it resolved (i.e. refund or credit for another product). No results. I placed a second order thinking that maybe it was a glitch (again I have never had an issue with this company) or thought they were still working on it (refunded/or store credit). A second order was placed in December taking advantage of a sale they were offering. No product received. This time NO response when I sent multiple emails inquiring about my order. There is no phone number listed to actually talk to someone so everything has been via email and online website communications.

    I bought 4 backdrops form Backdrop Outlet on November 30th, 2023 for $418.00. After reading their policy about how long it would take to receive the backdrops, I contacted them a month later through their online form asking how long it will take to receive my product. I heard nothing back and decided to research reviews on the internet about them. I found that within the past few years, people have complained that this company has been taking their money and not sending orders. so again on January 17th, I emailed them to let them know I would be contacting my lawyer if they didn't respond. No response. I want my $418 back.

    Ordered an 8 foot by 10 foot photo backdrop in heavyweight cloth from backdropoutlet.com on 11/2/23. My credit card was charged for the item but it has never shipped. I have contacted the company through the online form on their website and also emailing directly. Ive only received an automated response saying they would respond within 72 hours. No response is ever received. I have had to dispute this purchase with my credit card company.

    I ordered a backdrop from Backdrop Outlet (aka Photography Outlet) on Sep 28, 2023 for $******. To date 12/5/23 I have not received my backdrop. I contacted the company by email to find out when I should expect my backdrop and they told me 3-4 weeks. I followed up with several emails through their website to check on the status of my order without any response. Then on Nov 28th, I copy and pasted their email address from the website and sent one directly to them. My payment cleared my bank immediately and the" Fullfillment Status" under my account on their website still shows "Unfulfilled" I have received zero replies. I would like a refund. I am going to dispute this charge with my bank to see if they can reverse the charge.     Ordered a Hand Painted Muslin - 10' x 20' - Grey SKU **** from Backdrop Outlet (aka Photography Outlet) on Sep 28, 2023 for $94.50 plus shipping. Received an email acknowledgment with order number. My account was showing order status as "unfulfilled" so I sent an email on their website about order status. No acknowledgment so I send a second email directly using their email ******************************* that received a "we will get back to you in 72 hours" that never happened. Did several follow-up emails with no response and tried their phone number that was "not in service." After not receiving any response, I disputed the charge on my credit card. Pending any other response from the vendor, my account will be credited the full amount of the purchase.

    I have purchased backdrops from this company before and received them. This time was a different story. On September 22, 2023, the company was offering a buy one get one free deal on backdrops so I ordered one and picked out a free one. I received a confirmation email and number, but no date for when my items would arrive. I emailed customer service twice from their website and once in their ******** page but have not received a response.All attempts to email the company have been fruitless and they no longer have a customer service phone number. I just want my $ back at this point. I have filed a dispute with my bank for fraudulent charges and am waiting to hear back from them.

    Purchased 2 backdrops on June 12. I see that the order was received. I was thanked for the order. The order still says received but has not shipped. No one will reply to emails. Its been 3 months and the order has not shipped. I have filed a dispute with credit card company. Theres a website, but when you click on it it says site no available .

    Sent me a worthless product, not anything like described. I contacted for a refund, offered to ship back the item. ******** finally agreed to refund me and told me to keep the product (I threw it away as it's useless to me)No refund or responds after that, so I disputed with my bank. Now 3 months later, they are trying to appeal? What the h*** is wrong with this company? Scammers.
