    Purchased a backdrop cloth from Backdrop Outlet for $15.49 on July 11th, 2023. The item was never sent, the emails were never answered, and the phone number is disconnected. The website and any other info about my order or for customer service has been taken down. No communication or refunds from the company.

    I placed two orders on 9Jul23 and have not received any updates on the orders. At that time, the backdropoutlet.com website was up and running and the normal order confirmation emails were received (I've done business with this site before). Now that site goes to a page that says the site is unavailable - - and the message looks like it is from a web hosting "standard" message. I've tried to call them and sent two emails for each order. My first status request (sent by email on 29Jul23) got a standard message received, we'll get back to you. My second inquiry received no response.. Based on what I'm seeing, I suspect they they have gone out of business. Specific order information is: #****** and #******. The price with tax for each order was $165.49, toy a total of $338.90 - all charged at the time of order to my MasterCard. I am looking for either delivery of the products ordered or a refund. Confirming emails attached...

    I placed an order with them (order #******) on June 6 for $448.50. I have contacted them twice via their online contact form because the order status remained as "unfulfilled" in the account. Both times my query went unanswered. Currently, their website is offline.

    I placed an order on 5/10/23 in the amount of $153.49. Order # ******. I've reached out for status in email three times since the order was placed with no response other than an automated email saying they'd get back to me within 72 hours. Reached out 05/19/23, 06/06/23 (requested a cancellation and refund), 6/16/23. No responses have been received. Product has not arrived and I'm unable to call them since no phone number is listed on their website.

    ORDER # ******:This order was placed on May 13, 2023 at 8:50 am, as of today I have not received the item nor shipping information, normally this transaction would not take this long to be deliver.I also read in their website that this order shows as "UNFULFILL".The item I ordered was:Printed ***** Grey Old Master Backdrop - ****** - Lightweight Cloth / 5'w x 6'hSKU: 01PC****** I have not found ways to comunicate as Backdrop Outlet Website's contact information shows NOTHING ( No email nor Phone Numer ) The Phone number ************** have a recording that states: " You have reached a number that is not currently set up to receive calls, try again later".

    I ordered a backdrop from the company on 2/26/23 and my debit card was charged $253.44 on 2/27/23, and when the product arrived on 3/13/23 it was of terrible quality and the incorrect color. I immediately contacted them with photographs via email on 3/13/23, with no response. I reached out via ******** messenger on 3/17 and they responded to my email 3/18 saying they would remake the backdrop immediately. As of 5/22/23 I have YET to receive the replacement backdrop and I have attempted MULTIPLE contacts with them via email AND ******** Messenger. Below you will find the last email communication I sent them on 5/16/23, to which I still have not received a response.Hello,I have tried to reach you all through FB messenger as well as through email and Im having trouble with both methods, so I am trying AGAIN via email.You can see below, the email from you all on March 18th indicating that you would remake my order #******. Someone finally responded to my FB messenger message about what to do with the other backdrop 10 days later because no one ever responded to my email on March 18th. Figuring that there would be some production time needed, I waited to check on the remake production until May 7th, where I attempted to check on the status of this order via FB messenger, with NO response. I sent another message via FB messenger on May 14th, again, with NO response. I, however, have no trouble receiving the multitude of spam emails and texts from the company. I have been very patient, and I am beyond frustrated by the lack of response from the company. $253.44 was charged to my studio bank account on February 27th and here we are, almost 3 months later, and I still do not have the proper backdrop and no communication of when it will arrive. At this point, I would like a FULL REFUND ON MY BACKDROP. I am glad to return the first backdrop and will await a return authorization number.

    Order No. ****** - Not received. On the order tracking, this order is showing as "unfulfilled" yet $492.21 was taken from my credit card on Feb. 25. I have tried to contact the company to see when I can expect the order, to no avail. I am uncomfortable with the fact that this money was taken from me over a month ago and I still have no timeline or update on when this order will be fulfilled. If the backdrop cannot be shipped to me right away, I would simply like a refund so that I can use the money to order it elsewhere.

    They took my order on February 23, 2023 and I never received an email confirmation or the product. But they were quick to charge my credit card. I have emailed them 3 times, each with no response. I looked up their phone number and it is not receiving calls at this time.

    On February 26th I ordered a photography prop from Backdrop Outlet. I had received an email prior to that date stating that I had a $51.67 credit. The prop was listed at $89.00. Less my credit of $51.67, I paid $49.33 for my order. I heard nothing at all regarding my order for a couple of weeks so I clicked on the 'Contact Us' tab on their website and asked for an update on my order. This was approx the first week of March. I never received a response. On March 12th I sent a reply to the original order confirmation email and I explained that this was my second attempt at finding information on the status of my order. I also wrote that if I did not hear back within 24 hours I would contact BBB. I received a reply on March 13th from **** stating that my order would be shipping in the next 1-2 business days and as soon as it ships I would receive a tracking number in my email. It's now March 17th and I have not heard from the company with a tracking number or ship date. I have not received the item.

    They took my order ($261) and I never received an email confirmation or the product. But they were quick to charge my credit card. There's no way to contact them either.
