Ennkar Inc is a high integrity company you can count on for your loan. I had the honor of working with *************************** and he managed the process of my loan from start to finish. His integrity, clear communication and professionalism made the process smooth and pleasurable. I especially appreciated his kindness and availability to me with my questions and concerns about my new loan. When the loan was finished, he followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied.I am satisfied! My new loan saved me money financially, and he and his office team were impeccable with the paperwork. I have no hesitation recommending ****** and Ennkar for your new mortgage!

I have worked with Sami at Ennkar multiple times throughout the years. He has gone above and beyond to provide me with the best possible service when I decided to get a reverse mortgage and when I wanted to refinance. I was struggling to make it and didnt know much about a reverse mortgage. Sami took the time to explain how the program works without being pushy. I would highly recommend this company and Sami to anyone!Ennkar Inc. Response

I am not sure if this is the right branch, but I have the right company. Spoke to *************** and was promised the sun and stars BUT never got squat. Was charged $950.00 for appraisal and $250.00 for counseling. He said I would not own the appraisal if I did not pay for it, but all fees I paid would be refunded upon closing- but no closing no refund I guess. I was strung along for three months with little or no communication and finally changed to a different company. I am led to believe that there are Federal guidelines for length of re-finance. This has been the ************* I have ever received and I am a senior citizen.Ennkar Inc. Response

*****, Sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, not everyone that applies with us qualifies for the types of loans we offer. The appraisal expense and counseling expense are not expenses we charge. We do not charge consumers anything at all until the refinance is completed. Unfortunately, state and federal regulations prevent us from covering expenses such as counseling fees and appraisal expenses in many areas. This is to make sure the counselors and appraisers have no conflict of interest with the lending institution. I will certainly look into the communication issue you mentioned. We have a lot of automated systems and procedures for our loan officers that should keep the borrower very informed of where they are in the process. I will be looking in to this, so thank you for your feedback.
