Among the many that have been scammed by the VIP membership charges.....shame on them for using religious company pretense to rip customers off. Not Christian in my book. With so many bad reviews, why doesn't the company stop this scam of a charge and change it to OPTING IN instead of opting out!? A small change that would up their company rating to more than a "1".
But then they would miss out of all the money they are scamming customers out of. Buyer Beware. My $20 necklace turned out to be $299 before I realized all the monthly charges to my credit card!

Customers are not required to opt into the membership in order to purchase from us. If you do opt in, there is a free 30-day trial period and monthly email reminders are sent. We understand this customer opted into the membership in error. She has been fully refunded.Review from Brenda C

Terrible. They are the worst. Don't order anything from this company. They some how found some oldest PayPal account and somehow did the same thing to me they are doing to others. "Some VIP membership".I have all saved all corespondence and not once did I respond to any of them to acknowledge some acceptance of this VIP membership. I think they wait 6 months and automatically begin charging pay pal accounts, credit card etc. Thank you God for pay pal, so they can go after them. Terrible thing to do and use a Christian guise. I read the other reviews. I am praying they get what they deserve for stealing from people who work hard for their money and wanted to give gifts to others and support this company. The customer contacted us on Sunday, June 26th regarding the charges and said she was unaware of the membership. We understand that she opted in in error. We replied the same day to advise her that the membership had been cancelled and she had been fully refunded.Review from Cathy D

This is a scam, after your purchase they continue to repeat the transaction every month. They are nearly impossible to contact and difficult to deal with. STAY AWAY!!!Zoe's Loft Response

We apologize the customer was not aware of her membership. We do send out a confirmation email and then monthly emails thereafter regarding the membership. Our Customer Service Department has reached out to the customer and her membership has been cancelled.Customer Response

I also have been scammed by Zoes Loft. I can't believe I didn't see it sooner. I have been charged 14.99 for 12 months after purchasing a 14.99 gift. I contacted them and they said I signed up for that which I have no recollection of doing!!!! Rather than raise my blood pressure by arguing I had them cancel the 14.99 a month and hopefully I have learned my lesson on reading fine print.Zoe's Loft Response

This company does not even deserve one star. I cannot believe they sell religious items. I purchased two necklaces which are already broken. I have been getting charged 14.99 a month for a subscription for a year. Called them and they refunded me 4 months big deal. Buyer beware!!!Zoe's Loft Response

My wife bought a Necklace. She unknowingly got signed up for VIP Membership and has been charged $14.99 for a year. It was on an account we don't use or check. Company will refund six months of payments. I am waiting for call from company because a third party answers the phone!
