    I ordered two Ottomans from this company! I received the Ottomans and I received the covers for the base of the Ottomans. I did not receive the covers for the cushions for the Ottomans! I have emailed probably 10 times and left three messages! There has been no response nor a resolution nor a return of phone call!

    *I ordered my douch on 12/16/2024. Receipt attached.*Website markets free shipping, 72 hour shipping. Snippet of website attached from ************************************I emailed asking about the 72 hour shipping and was told that I had to select that option at purchase, I went to reorder the couch and the option is not available (attached photo) *This business practice is deceptive in practice, I have been told since December 16th that my order will be delivered mid-january with no firm date in sight. *My many emails regarding the marketing of 72 hour shipping have largely gone unresolved by the company

    I placed an order for a sectional from this company back in October with an early December delivery date. I finally received the furniture today, the 23rd of December, after having to reach out 2 times because the company never bothered to give me any order updates. When I opened it up, I discovered that my order is missing several pieces and I was given items I didnt order. This is a 4-seater modular sectional, so I should have received 3 corner/end pieces and 1 middle piece. Instead I received the structures for 4 corner/end pieces and covers for only 2 of those corner pieces. received 2 arm chair covers and no covers at all for the side/throw pillows. It is absolutely ridiculous. The worst part is that the company cannot be reached. No one EVER answers the phone and emailing is useless because nobody has bothered to offer me a solution yet in response to my email. Now I am going to have to spend Christmas with hardly anywhere for my guests to sit/not enough seating and I am no doubt going to have to go through the inconvenience of sending them back the extra misfit items they sent. I DO NOT want to have to wait another 2 months just to get the rest of my order. I want the rest of my order expedited and I want this company to acknowledge the huge disappointment and inconvenience this has caused me during the holidays. I paid them way too much money to have to go through this mess.

    I bought a modular sofa from Anabei. I chose the fabric that said it "resisted the most double rubs" - performance Ash-, thinking that this would be the most durable with my pets. I placed the order on August 29th, 2024 for $1408, order number AN82988.For some reason, the couch was not delivered to me until October 1, 2024. Two weeks after putting together, I noticed the fabric was snagged after pets were on couch. They advertised a 30 day guarantee, so I contacted them to report problem and see if slip overs could be exchanged. I was told that the performance fabric I chose was not the most durable or best for pets, although this is not advertised anywhere, and they refused to exchange slipcovers. They recommended that I purchase new velvet slipcovers, which they were "confident" would fix my problems. The issue is that the velvet slipcovers are $572 on sale on their website. My mom fell ill shortly after this, and I had to go out of town, so I couldn't disassemble the couch and package for return. I still have the couch and it's snagging even more. I just want them to send me the more resistant slipcovers or allow me to exchange. Their website and fabric swatches are misleading and don't say which fabric is best for pets,and 30 day guarantee is misleading that it doesn't include the covers. I tried to leave a negative review but they seem to censor their reviews.

    I ordered a couch on November 4th and was told I would receive it mid December. The shipping times kept getting delayed and I was getting frustrated. I then read reviews online about people never receiving the couch, so I decided to cancel my order. I cancelled the order through my credit card company after multiple emails with the merchant and then the merchant Told me if I withdraw my dispute they will issue my refund today. So I stupidly did that. Now they are saying its too late to cancel and that the item has been shipped already, but the tracking label doesnt say it has shipped and their online AI messenger says my order has been placed on a hold. I told them I dont want to receive the item and I want a full refund and they keep deflecting me. This is very frustrating and I paid almost 3000

    I received my sofa order on 11/14/24 and the cushions snagged within one day of setup. I emailed customer support about their 30 day satisfaction guarantee and sent photos. They responded and asked for more photos, which I sent and now they have stopped responding.

    I purchased a couch from Anabei on 1/26/24. I received my couch (partial) on 4/7/24 and the rest 4/8/24. Within 4 months the whole couch has became ruined. It is covered in snags and pills, the inserts are rubbing and ripping causing foam to spill out when the covers are taken off to be washed. Within a month the couch stopped being water/stain resistant. As if the coating wore off the same time as the return window. I contacted customer support 8/28/24 and provided pictures and was offered a 10% discount to buy new covers. I would like a refund for this defective and completely misleading couch because it claims to be sturdy enough to hold up against pets and children and it is not. I left a review on the website and it cannot be viewed which makes me think the whole company is purposely misleading.

    My couch was delivered on 10/4/2024. Unfortunately I am not happy with my couch for a few reasons which dont warrant a complaint here. Anabei promises a 30 day return policy, though you must reach out via email in order to initiate. On 10/31/2024, I reached out for the first time in order to return my couch. Unfortunately, I received no response or confirmation for nearly two weeks. On 11/8/2014, I submitted another message through their website as well as a direct email. I was replied to on 11/11/2024 that the return policy had expired. I am now stuck with a $3,000 couch because I was ignored during the official return policy. I simply want to return my couch, though it appears they never intended on standing by their own policy. I understand I will need to box up the furniture and I accept that the return wont be 100% free. All I want to do is return this couch, since I have been trying since before the return policy expired.

    11/6/24 Order number AN98706 Can not get ahold of customer service. Been over 24 hours. I have tried multiple routes including social media. Trying to initiate a return that is 30 day money back guarantee. I just received the order and am extremely unhappy with the quality of the item so I reached out. The automated response said to be with me in 2 hours via chat and email(nothing) absolutely no response. Been over 24 hours using multiple methods of communication. They do not have a phone number. ??? Who doesnt have a customer contact phone number. Didnt think to check that with all the raving reviews about this company. Thinking they are a fraud. I just want my money back and to return everything.

    I ordered a couch from his company. I never would have ordered this sofa if I knew it was essentially DIY camping chairs tied together with Velcro. No where on the page for this couch were the assembly instructions readily displayed. In fact, I didnt receive the assembly instructions until the couch had already shipped. That is misleading and would have completely changed my mind about purchasing this couch. They present a vague delivery date without expediting shipping vs. clear delivery date with expedited shipping tells me that more often than not, they probably steer consumers to choose the expedited shipping option. They email a how-to put together the couch after it ships is a calculated move that meant I couldnt cancel my order and subsequently save myself from the additional shipping charge as well as the headache of immediately returning this oversized and overpriced childs toy. I think its important to evaluate the kind of product they are presenting vs the kind of product they are actually selling. When I received the assembly instructions and realized I didnt want it anymore, I called the customer service phone line. I called over 10 times and left several messages only to receive the same excuse about call volume and never a call back from a human being even when directed to leave a message. I wanted to cancel my order as soon as I received the email about the assembly, but wasnt able to get through on the phone. Now Anabei is refusing to refund the final $169 I paid for shipping. No one has addressed via email the ghost customer service line I was unable to get through to. Even the chat available on the website was non-responsive. Theyre website says if the product is returned in 30 days they honor a full refund and there are no listed exceptions to that policy so I want the rest of my refund. They have stopped responding to my emails. Purchased on 10/5/24.
