    I ordered a sofa from Anabei on 8/6/24. We purchased from them because they advertise that their sofa is pet and stain resistant with a lifetime warranty. We had just purchased our first home and decided to go with them for that reason. The sofa arrived on 9/20. They have a 30 day return policy. Unfortunately in that time period I had a sewer line back up and my furnace went out and had to be replaced and time got away from me. I sent an email 5 days late on 10/25 asking for a full refund due to their advertising being misleading and staining and fraying after a short period of just normal use. The declined giving me the refund and stated I may have a faulty product. So I then asked for new covers of a different color and material they offer because I did not believe them. They said the only way would be to pay for them. It takes 2-3 days for a response from them between emails. I dont feel Ive been treated fairly and I dont want this to happen to other people. I feel as a consumer I should be covered under an implied warranty for their product not truly being stain and pet resistant. Our old couch of 7 years looked nicer than this one from them that weve only had for a little over a month now. We are just trying to get a refund.

    I purchased a couch from Anabei that has manufacture defects. The steel frame is compromised (its just my husband and I using it with our combined weight of 330). The frame creaks constantly and the support decks have collapsed. I contacted anabei and they responded with Can you send more pictures and videos? Weve never had any warranty issues like this before. I sent everything and they responded saying they were sending me support deck cables (they look like bungees). I asked why they add support deck cables for customers that arent sold on their site, if theyve never had manufacture defect issues. Their warranty says my issues are covered for up to 3 years by refund or replacement. They are no longer responding and refuse to refund or replace. This couch is less than 6 months old.

    Purchased a couch and extra set of slip covers total 6283$ on 8/28. The funds were removed from my bank account. The advertising says ships within *************************************************** receipt. I have zero email correspondence from the company. The product has not shipped or arrived. I commented on an ************** that the 72 hour was false and my comment was removed. A customer service representative contacted me via DM and said you can select express shipping at checkout and I said ok, that was not an option when I checked out and also doesnt help me since my order was placed weeks ago. They did not offer any further assistance and would not answer my questions about order confirmation or tracking or when Id receive my furniture. For spending over 6k I am thoroughly disappointed and will be making complaints and reports wherever I can, as well as disputing the charge with my bank as fraud. Do not buy from this company.

    Ordered couch 7/ 27. Received 8/28. Put everything together and missing a critical cover for the couch. Immediately contact customer support and they ask for pictures and details. I respond they say "will investigate" but no offer to send missing piece. Then I try to get a response all day 8/ 29 and nothing. File another ticket and again get " will investigate". I paid almost 1900 dollars for a couch that can't be used and they are not even attempting to make it right.

    I purchased a couch from Anabei after reading all the wonderful reviews. They have a 30 day love it or return it for a full refund policy, so I thought I was covered. The couch was very uncomfortable and hurt my back so I started the return process, they have since blocked me from their social media sites and wont return my calls or emails.

    I put in an order with Anabei furniture earlier this week and tried to cancel it as they had already charged my credit card. They are not responding to me and there is no phone number to contact them. I simply want to cancel my order and have my money returned.

    I ordered a sectional sofa from Anabei on August 5, 2024. I paid $1,532.11 in total. Anabei's website and social media accounts advertise that they have a 30 day risk free return policy and will refund the entire amount if you do not like the product. I received my sectional on August 13. I was not pleased with the quality, so I reached out to Anabei to initiate the return process. I have sent several emails trying to obtain the shipping labels so that I can return the sectional and get a refund. Anabei has refused to respond to any of my emails and has blocked me on their social media site. I found another woman who had a similar experience in that she tried to return her sofa to Anabei and they blocked her as well. I suspect there are more.

    Date of transaction: 01/04/2024 ************ is posting fraudulent reviews and filtering out negative reviews. I have spoken to others and found other people with similar experiences online. I was heavily swayed to purchase the product due to reviews because there was no negative reviews that were easy to find. I tried to post an honest review on their website and they did not post it. I tried to comment an honest review on ******** and they deleted in and blocked me within seconds. I want a full refund from the company for promoting false information about their product. I am happy to send the product back and I have already tried to resolve it directly with the company. They sent me more of their product instead of honoring a return. I do not know what else to do at this point. This is such a scam and I'm trying to do something about it before other people have to deal with the same experience I am.

    Bought a couch for 1800. They didn't ship part of the couch which isThe middle portion .sent me three ottomans instead of the center piece. Didn't include correct assembly instructions and had to send out more parts and instructions. Indicated this couch would last forever and very comfortable. Its not comfortable and very low to the ground I could have bought an assembled camping couch for tons less I believe this is false advertising. And I had to take the first piece apart 3 times because they failed to include directions. .
