They refuse to stop auto-debiting my credit card even though I have asked several times and filled out forms. They won't even return my calls. I asked them to stop and sent forms on 08/27 and they are still charging me as of 10/15.

After acquiring a frozen shoulder condition in my left shoulder in the summer of 2016, I saw doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, and had a number of therapeutic massages. Nothing fixed the issue.A friend from work wanted to thank me for dog and house sitting so gifted me one of her Massage Envy (ME) sessions so I could see ******. Even though the Roseville location is a 45+ minute drive, I wanted to be polite so I went.****** made a significant difference in addressing my frozen shoulder during just the one, first visit so I signed up that very day, told them that I was signing up specifically and exclusively to have ****** work on me, and I saw ****** exclusively every month. We were very close to completely resolving the frozen shoulder condition when ME cancelled three sessions then told me that she was no longer working there. I told them I wanted the credit back for the three sessions theyd cancelled and I wanted out of my contract rather than pay the last two months for no reason. They insisted that *** was going to be able to do every thing that ****** did, and doubtful, I agreed but was clear with them that if he did not do what ****** did I would want my money back for that session and the full refund of the 5 sessions. *** came into the room with no idea what a frozen shoulder is, told me that there were no notes in the file, and that he had never spent a full massage session on just one body part. He was not able to do what ****** did.I told again that I want my money back: in person, over the phone, I told their corporate support line (who said theyd take care of it, but did not) and I spent time explaining all of this to the manager (*****). She asked me to please give a new guy a chance. I said speak with him and explain the situation and let me know his thoughts. She then confirmed that he told her he wouldnt know what to do.I want my money back - 5 sessions at $70 per session, Im expecting $350.00
