We apologize if anyone did not identify themselves and someone felt they were treated in any way.  We will review the matter further.  Neither ******** nor ****** has spoken to ******, they are mistaken.  When a representative spoke to ****** in December 2021, she claimed a ***** was the owner and has forwarded multiple agencies the release of liability.  Unfortunately, no documents or proof has ever been sent to our office.  If the vehicle was returned to Planet Auto which was stated to a representative in December 2021; (Maybe that is whom Sima & ***** are? we are assuming, representatives of Planet Auto maybe?), the dealer would be able to provide documents or evidence of what took place.  If a release was completed a copy from the *** could be obtained, we understand mistakes happen.  Unfortunately for over eight months nothing has been done to resolve the issue since our initial letter was sent on July 9, 2021.  Included are the documents we have showing the ownership by ****** & ******** along with the certificate of mailing confirming our client mailed information (lien sale notice) to the parties in regard to the stored vehicle.  The last registered owner or released owner is responsible for the outstanding invoice.  No further collection efforts will take place in an effort to wait and receive any documentation that can be provided by ****** and ********.  Documents can be mailed to our office or sent to *******************************.

This business sent me a letter in the mail acting as a debt collector saying I owe $1580.50 to a towing company called *********** off my old car, a beetle that i sold in october. They sent this letter on 1/28/2022 and i got the letter today 3/01/2022. I frantically called them because I knew i didnt owe this money because the car wasnt in my name anymore, i sold the car and signed the title over. The man on the phone, who goes by the name ***************************, told me that i need to pay this or it will go to collections and affect my credit. He knew so much information about my car and my personal information and asked a lot of personal information. He told me that its my fault I didnt sign papers to the *** and i kept asking what the papers were that i needed to sign and that i did sign papers. He told me its too late now but because i was so nice he would drop the price by $600, at this point i was balling my eyes out and he was trying to be so nice about it and just told me its better if i pay now so it doesnt effect my credit because im too young to have it effect me for the rest of my life, so i did, because i trusted him and he knew so much information on me. After the phone call and $980 later, i looked the company up, just to find out its a scam. I then tried to call my bank to stop the payment and cancel my card and I had to file a claim for the amount.

This is not a scam and the documents sent providing information to dispute is provided.  It is very clear in the letter.  If you have documentation to support a claim, please provide such documentation.  Unfortunately signing the title over does not relieve someone from owing the towing and storage fees already accumulated.  Unfortunately, we will not accept documentation completed after the date of service.  We cannot just accept someone telling us it was not their vehicle.  Unless there is some misunderstanding, and you sold the vehicle and have the proper paperwork to support such claim.  We need such paperwork to show proof.  We have no problem refunding the monies and waiting for any proof from Regann Hobby.  Yet we will not process a refund with the information stating she already put a stop payment.  We have no problem getting to the bottom of the truth with documentation and proof.  Regann Hobby can email proof of her claim to *******************************.  If she is still wanting a refund, please supply proof there has not been a stop placed on the transaction processes.  We can work together to resolve the matter and get the correct owner if there is any documentation to support the claim.
