    Incident occurred on 2/1/2025 at Bridge management: **************************************************. On this day I arrived at the rental management company to pay my rent. Per our contract a prorated amount of $748. 50 was due for half of the month we moved into ***************************************************************************************************. When i approached the employee to pay my rent it was refused because the amount on the contract was incorrect. I asked for an adjusted document explaining the new amount and it was refused. I was never given a written notice/bill prior to paying the agreed rent amount executed on 1/17/2025. I was never given a legal document/bill that stated the new prorated amount due. The employee only gave me a verbal amount and an amount written on a sticky not with no explanation of the mistake. The employee refused my rent payment(stated on the rental agreement signed on 1/17/2025).

    I got a house by the property management (bridge management) on a Thursday and a lady named alyiah said we did not have to do anything with the water that they would take care of it. Friday comes and we have no water and the bridge management them states we as tenants have to take care of the water. Monday the 11/11 was a holiday and today is 11/12 Tuesday and now there is a lock from the previous tenants and to get that off its gonna cost over $200 to take it off and bridge management wants to not pay it due to them saying its not there responsibility but its also not mine cause I just moved in.

    We have been submitting work orders for the past 2.5 years about the same issue and nothing has been done. They raise the rent but never come to fix anything in a timely fashion or correctly. We have been left without water due to the main pipe bursting and all they did was patch it. Carpets have been lifting in the rooms, with nails exposed and still havent been fixed. AC in the house is never serviced and hasnt been working for 2 years now, not big enough for the house.

    I moved in 03/25/24 moved out 04/26/24 paid Bridge Management security deposit of $1,200 first month rent $1,395 prorated rent $400 total move in $2,920. I received $678. From my security deposit the rest was said to be $344. For rent, maintenance, cleaning door k**** toilet paper holder replacement of a door k*** a new toilet seat painting of walls and ceiling ****** also says the stove/oven and garbage disposal were good yet there wasn't any in the apartment when I moved in. I gave back the keys 04/26/24 yet ****** says i moved out 04/29/24 I had to move out fast i couldn't handle the rats,roaches and plastic windows, so I took a job as a live in caregiver till I can find a livable place. I left the apartment clean nothing broken thats why I took pictures so I would appreciate my deposit back, without having to go to court.

    Today, April 2nd I received a 3 day pay now or quit notice. Rent is due on the 1st of every month but why would they issue a 3 day notice on April 2nd when I still have till the 3rd of April to pay it. Also, I have submitted maintenance forms dating back to May of 2023 and none of the maintenance have been resolved and it's now April 2024. This company has been avoiding in fixing any maintenance issue but come at me with full force to pay rent on time. This company is a fraud and just wants people's money but not take responsibility if their rentals.

    I have been renting with this company since 2019. **** started at 995 and is now at 1296. With rent increases over the years, I have paid over $50K in rent to them, yet they dont make any repairs that I have requested. They continue to take rent and then they will harass me for withholding rent. They have even knocked on my door and asked that I pay in cash. I have requested for my bathtub and my sink to be replaced and fixed for over a year, since they neglected it for so long, the issues have worsened, causing mold, and its posing a potential health hazard to myself and my 2 young children, and the only thing they care about is collecting a rent check. They have sent text messages, and call me from their personal phone numbers to intimidate me to pay rent. They also have refused to repair and deduct when presented with the receipts for repairs that I paid out of pocket. They threaten to evict me and take me to court cuz I told them Im not paying until its fixed. I have consistently requested it be fixed, in writing at their office, over the phone, and the requests have been ignored. I have receipts, I have pictures, I have videos and proof documenting their actions. I feel as tho they are taking advantage of me and taking my money.

    I have a number of problems with my leasing company that handles my apartments rent. They don't fix anything that has been put on order or record and they keep losing records . My kitchen sink leaks water every time I wash my dishes . The yard is a mess and fire hazard. *** made numerous of complaints about the issues and I get snarky attitudes or get get hung up over the phone. Constantly being disrespected and as a veteran of this country I don't have time for that kind of interaction especially if the person directly deals with customers. Nothing seems to get resolved in regards to repairs. I've had to hire people to fix the issue and they won't reimburse me for the money spent on repairs.

    We are renting from this company. This companies employees are extremely rude and do not have customer service experience to deal with their tenants. They are good to make fun of their tenants and demand rent money but do not help fix items within their property. There is a really old tree in my back yard that each year I complain and tell them it looks like it is rotten and will either catch on fire or fall onto my house. My bathroom toilet is broken. My bathroom will not allow me to have cold water because they placed the water controller wrong. Also several connections throughout the house were not property installed and were there just for show.

    I filed a complaint on Oct 1, 2023 when I pd the rent.The hot water heater is not working. I have no hot water. The hot water is also leaking water. My gas bill has been ****** a month and my water bill has been over 200. Since the hot water is leaking water my bills are ridiculous. The water company says I have a water leak and thats the only leak we have. I pay ***** a month and my issue s should be resolved. The gardener has not been here for months.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    I feel I should be compensated the gas bill and water bill for the leak of water which was discovered today which is under the house. Or a rent decrease for the inconvenience this has caused me. I pay ***** a month and with the gas being 300 last month and ****** this month and the water bill is ****** all due to this leak. The plumber came out last Wednesday and replaced the hot water heater. He came out today and found the water leak.
