Slum Lords, we been here for over 10 years and this house has gotten flooded twice. We have no hot water since the we paid our rent on the 3rd of September. We put in a work order nothing has been done. Had to call them, they sent a guy to come look on Friday the 13th hes hasnt been back since. Called today, nothing. They raised our rent $200 dollars every year since Covid. Today I discovered a leek in the bathroom, the floors are lifting. Same problem we had last 2 years . They just put a bandaid instead of finding the root of the problem. My bathroom toilet wont flush completely and they said I would have to buy a new toilet. We stay here because its what we can afford between 3 sons and a senior whos my mom. My younger son suffers from allergies which Im sure is from mold and rot because theyve never replaced the wood exposed from 2 floods. Help please !!!! We pay are rent on time and the last flood I had to call a ******* twice who showed me roots growing from the toilet and told me the problem is gonna be in the main line. When Ive addressed it they say this house doesnt have a main line and they just leave. I dont know what to do. I cant afford to move. Can someone direct me to someone who can help???Review from Sean C

3 Terrorist THREATS from manager, refusal to accept my RENT money order at main office PAYMENT WINDOW, refusal to accept my Maintenance request for TOXIC human waste LEAKING into my bathroom and NOW they refuse to accept MY INVOICE for services rendered while installing, and reinstalling video security camera at Complex front gate to be displayed next to ******** bedroom TV screen (USMC SGT. ********** v. ive been renting from this company for over 2 years, i continue to complain about leaking roof, water facet leaks, and general over all repairs that need to be done. these repairs are causing my utility bills to sky rocket, not to mention 2 rent increases yearly some with out any 30 day notice. i wish someone would contact this company about there policies.
