    I join the free trial for shift fitness application and when I tries to cancel they never respond to me they charged 2 months $39.99 each one and I continuing telling them that si dont want it any more without any resolute, please help me

    On April 3, I joined Shift. During the purchase process, I was initially offered a monthly rate with a 30 day money back guarantee. I selected this rate and then was offered an annual rate at a discount, which was advertised as "only available right now". I had assumed the 30 day money back guarantee, so I opted for the $190 annual plan. After trying the app for a couple of days, I realized it was not at all what I was looking for. On April 5 I requested a cancellation and refund under the 30 day money back guarantee. I was offered a $12.95 monthly fee vs. cancelling and I said I wanted to cancel and get a refund. I was then told I wasn't eligible for a refund because I did an annual membership and not the monthly fee. I was told this was all in the terms and conditions to which they said I agreed to. I told them this is a bait and switch tactic and false advertising as they do not call out where the 30 day money back guarantee applies and doesn't until they already have you signed up.

Our terms and conditions are listed on the checkout screen, that you are able to click on and review before agreeing to them and finishing up your transaction. We do this to be transparent with our customers. Again, you cannot proceed with check out until you agree to those terms and conditions. This particular plan is non-refundable, we will go ahead and issue a partial refund. You will see this reflect your account within **** business days, depending on your bank. Thank you.

    The email from Shift does not state what the partial refund will be.  Further, the 30 day money back guarantee is advertised during the check out process right before the annual plan is offered.  Why would a "legitimate" business bait and switch a consumer and then blame them for not reading the fine print?  This is an absolute scam.

    The partial refund you were given was $151.00. The initial $39 to sign up was not refunded because you had access to the account. Again, the 30-day money back guarantee was only for the PRO Plan which was information about it provided at check out. Your account has been cancelled and $151 was refunded back.     I watched an informational video about this business/app and was interested because it said that I could try it for a short time and if I was not satisfied I could get my money back. But what they did not explain was that if you opted for the bundle you could not cancel and get your money back. I could not see the app until I paid for everything so when I realized this wasn't going to work for me, I tried to cancel and was informed that since I opted for the bundle I was basically out of luck. I have since tried to call their customer service, but no one answers, the message simply says that "Sorry, we are not taking calls at this time. Call back later." There is a chat feature inside the app, but the app currently says the team will be back in 30 minutes and I have yet to hear from them. I think this is a scam and people should definitely know about it. I am also worried that they will charge me again to renew so I'd like to get this resolved as soon as possible.

    Thank you for reaching out. We looked into your account, and it looks like you purchased this on January 12th, 2022. We also see that you reached out to us 3 times in the matter of a couple of hours and that was on April 4th at 11:44pm, and our offices are closed at that time. One of our representatives reached out to you less than 24 hours later to assist you. Unfortunately, because you upgraded your account, you do not qualify for a refund. Our money back guarantee only applies for our PRO PLAN which is a month-to-month plan subscription. Your account has been cancelled; you were sent an email confirming the cancellation for your records.

    I downloaded the Shift with **** app and paid for an annual membership of approx. $190. My app stopped working around January 17, I have tried to reach out directly via the customer service email. No response. Im in a ******** support group for shift and tried to reach out on that to get help. I called multiple times and finally got someone on the phone, ****** I told him multiple times my app isnt working and hasnt been. He emailed me a link to redownload the app? I have deleted and redownloaded the app a million times. It doesnt fix it. I spent hundreds of dollars on groceries and was unable to access the recipes because the app stopped working. Its so frustrating because I havent been able to use this program to get recipes and access workout videos and I spent almost $200 a year of access. I just want the app to work or be able to access the videos and recipes. I need help because their customer service does nothing.

    The app charges $39 per month. Received an email it was about to renew. Sent an email prior to the renewal date and was still charged. It says you can cancel at any time, but phone, chat, and email are unmonitored. Have emailed, reached out on ******** and called numerous times at various times and can't get anyone or leave a message. Just a recording that it can't be completed at this time and to try again later. Chat is a robot with zero functionality. I simply want to cancel and be refunded the payment for February and no further charges.
