If I could leave a zero I would. From the day I received them, I wrote immediately to get a refund. I am now 4 emails, a telephone call that says they are not answering and a chat that got logged off. These are horrible. Unless you dont mind red and blur handing out of your ears., it says on their website they are discreet. There is NOTHING discreet about them. How they work, I dont know. I never put them in because I immediately knew they were not for me. Their customers service, or lack of, is literally the worst. They even suggested I give them as a gift but did not give me an RMA number. They give you a certain amount of days to get them back, plus the shipping. I dont mind the shipping, I understand but its clear they are going to run the days out. Do not purchase from them, they do not respond and they are awful.Review from LINDEL T

One common reason for malfunctioning or lack of response is that the battery may be depleted. If this is the case, please try charging your hearing aids for a couple of hours. They should be fully charged within that time, and giving them a little more time to power up may resolve the issue.
Additionally, here are some other tips to ensure proper charging:- **Incorrect Placement:** Please make sure the hearing aids are placed correctly in the charging case, with the left (L) hearing aid in the left (L) charging slot and the right (R) hearing aid in the right (R) charging slot.
- **Unpowered Adapter:** If the charging case itself isnt powering up, please confirm that the adapter is properly plugged in and receiving power. If everything seems in order, you might want to try unplugging the charging cable and replugging it in to ensure it's securely connected.
- **Charging Cable Issues:** If the charging cable seems to be malfunctioning, please try using another compatible cable to rule out any issues with the cable itself.

Oricle Hearing Aids come with three different sizes of ear domes to ensure a better fit, and we recommend trying the other sizes to see if they may provide a more comfortable experience. I purchased the Oracle hearing aids which advertise free easy returns when I tried to return they kept trying to sell me more things offered me a $50 gift card, but I insisted on return. They also stated that I needed to keep them long enough for my brain to adjust to them, which would put me past the 30 day return period. I did not like the product at all the free return is not free and they also Said that they would be deducting for my warranty that I didnt know I even purchased. I Im not happy with the product or the service that I have received. I am still trying to return the hearing aid.Oricle Hearing Aids Response
