I have booked a flight in three weeks with SkyHikes and need to understand exactly how I was helped and charged. I had a credit that was used and two seats that I upgraded and was told cost $ ****** . The bill that I paid American Airlines was $876.35 my credit was $319.35. The price I was told by SkyHikes was $993.30 total. I would appreciate an itemized receipt that actually shows details that explain how they came up with the $998.30. *********************************. I booked my air ticket through Sky Hikes for my daughter *********************** who got her immigrant **** and was traveling out of ******** 1st time. Her booking code TZFEDJ the itinerary was QR633 ISB on 19th September to **** and from QR731 20th Sep **** to *** it was a one-way ticket for my daughter. My daughter never travelled internationally, and she doesn't know any foreign language. So, I asked **** to book me from *** to ISB from 1st week of week such a way that I must have same flights as my daughter had. On 25th July when I call **** for updates on my ticket, she told me she couldn't get any seats for me on QR 633 and QR 731 as my daughter *********************** had. Then I asked **** to find get us both on such an itinerary that we must travel together. She gave me the confirmation ROJYMV Depart ***, on 03 Sep arrival ISB on 04 Sep. Then Mine and my daughter's departure on 22 Sep AA8127/QR613 10:10 to **** Sep 22 11:50 PM. Then from **** AA8122/QR709 Sep 23 at 01:20 AM to ************** at 8:50 AM and then *** Sep 23 AA2414 to *** 7:23 PM. I was charged extra $512.85. Sky Hikes being negligent didn't informed the ***** Airway about my itinerary and I could not travel with my daughter. Additionally, I have to wait ***** hours at ***************** and over 10 hrs. at ************ which triggered pain in my spine as I am diabetic. My daughter has to travel alone which put me my daughter and all family members under stress and tension. We have to discard one checked bag at *********** as my daughter ****** does not know how to collect the baggage. Thank God she was not lost/kidnapped at ***. Purpose of my trip was ""only to have her with me and I paid extra money not only for my ticket but also changing ******'s best itinerary TZFEDJ and loss of 40K airmiles "" which was ruined by the negligence of Sky Hikes. I need compensation for all of this so Sky Hikes should not put any other customers in this situation. Now Sky Hikes block my number and not answer my calls.Review from Crew R

F! I was scammed out of $220 by SkyHikes. Here is how they got me. I called what I thought was the ********* Airlines customer service line. It must have been a sponsored ****** link because I fell for it. They represented themselves as ********* Airlines. We asked them to change the return date on an existing flight. Once they had my confirmation number and name they used *********'s website to pull up my flight information. They said that they made the change and used flight credits. Before doing so, they offered me a promotional deal. For $220 they would bump up my flight credits by $440. I fell for it. They got my CC info, confirmed the credit increase verbally and via email. What they REALLY did was keep the $220, gave me no flight credits, then called ********* AS ME. They changed the flight by giving them my CC info. Slick but a scam nonetheless. SW, *********** and the *** have been notified.Review from Al M

Be carful with this company, they are a scam, they are some foreigners while hardly speak English and they are there To lie to you about everything to get your money, we thought we called American Airlines, they represent themselves as part of American Airlines, we were going to Europe and we were told that we have to pay for our suitcases, they scammed us $296. After charging our credit card, we found out the ****** gave us the wrong number and we have called scammers and not American Airlines, we called American Airlines and we were told that there is no charge for suitcases, since this international flight. Be careful with this company. They are scammers.Review from Ma F

Do Not Use Skyhikes!! They are shady and will trick you into making flight changes that should be free but that you end up getting charged for. I googled "Southwest", and their phone number came up as if they were Southwest. And on the phone call, they never stated who they were or that they were not Southwest, they never stated they are going to charge a fee, and instead only quote you the change in fare as if that's the only charge that will hit the credit card you give them. And when they say reply "I confirm" or "I verify" to an email they send while you are on the phone with them, that's when you know you are being scammed. I even tried to cancel the transaction half way thru the phone call once I started to get a bad feeling, but they said it was too late and that the change had already happened and could not be cancelled. Horrible Experience!!Review from sara s

This company is a scam. I am not sure how I got to call their number versus the correct airline number but they pretended to be ****** airlines which they are Clearly not! They charge my card for a change in my flight - they actually even changed my flight which is unbelievable. In my next call to the actual united airline I figured I was scammed. These are the most dangerous scammers as they scam for multiple small amounts not to get noticed. Well I noticed and hopefully others will. Very frustrating and feel terrible to be scammed like that. I hope that the better business bureau does something about this company as soon as possible.Review from Yesica M

They do not identify themselves. you think you are calling your airline. Credit cards don't like them, block as a potential scam. Odd charges since I had to use a debit card since my cards were rejecting. All this time, I'm thinking that I'm talking to the airline. Their charges on my debit card weren't horrific but I have no recourse, since its a debit. Airline Charges went through on Credit card. Live and learn. But hopefully someone reads this and learns.Review from Kristen

I called what I thought to be ****** Airlines to purchase a ticket for my dog added on to an existing coach reservation already purchased.I was told the pet capacity was already reached in coach so Id have to upgrade to economy plus or first class. So instead of just $125 each way for my pet, it was now costing me $224 to upgrade my seat each way for a total of $698!!! I asked if I could possibly just be upgraded for free because they to that sometimes for military traveling on official orders. He came back with a $125 pet fee each way and a $99 economy plus seat upgrade fir a total of $448!!!First red flag: already 5 pets in coach or each day of travel to and from my destination what a coincidence. Second red flag: these outrageous prices Third red flag: after giving my Credit card. Number I was placed on hold for over 5 min it never takes this long to process a credit card! Fourth red flag: as I was on hold I hung up, blocked my credit card and called the 800 number from my original reservation instead of googling the number. I was called back over six times by two different numbers an 800 number and a regular *************************************************************************************** time. They even sent me an invoice showing that $250 was going to ****** and $198 was going to SkyHikes. I told them they were doing fraud and ended the call. The scary part is is that ****** actually does business with these people and they have access to our flight information and now my credit card which I will now need to call and cancel! Its amazing how greedy some people are!! Very sad! Teaches me to ****** phone numbers though.. this is the second time I have ******d and gotten a fraudulent number. My advice.. know for sure who you are calling!
