    My uber driver went the wrong way and had to make a U-turn I passed the airport twice. I was charged double the price for my uber driver mistake and uber is refusing to help me when the map shows the route the mistake and the turn around

    I didn't get multiple items in my large order and they would not refund a single item. So I paid them money and didn't get the items. Uber eats is a scam. Do not order anything from them.

    Terrible customer service, shady business practices. I was charged a fee that did not initially show up in the total of my order. Had I seen it, I definitely would not have placed an order. I canceled the order and placed an order with Door Dash instead. I was charged the full amount any way, with no possible way to get a refund. Last time I will ever use Uber Eats. If I could rate with zero stars, I would.

    If I could leave a 0 star rating I would! Uber has the worst support system of any company I have ever had to deal with. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for a month and the uber support team promise things and do not deliver on those promises. It has been a month of talking with the support team and they still dont even seem to understand the issue as they do not read the emails they receive.

    I placed an order and canceled right away because it was not showing that my gift card balance was added to my charge. I canceled not even a minute after placing my order.I reordered the same order and tried to apply my gift card and it saying tha my card had already been reedem. I decided to give it time to reset itself since I had just placed an order. I then reached out to customer service and had a conversation via text, and they said they would add my gift card balance to my order, which was ******. I waited 6 days for a refund and did not see anything in my account, so I decided to call. The customer service representative said that I would not get a reimbursement for the first order of ****** that I had canceled "right away." and that $100 wasn't going to be applied to that order because I basically lost ****** in the canceled order. I had also brought up that I was missing some items from my order that I placed the second time, and I had paid for my order to be delivered right away, and it was not. It's very upsetting that I'm basically losing $336.98. They failed to notify me before canceling my first order that there was a possibility that I would not get my money back and that their customer service representative over text lied about applying my gift card balance to that $177. all they said was they appriciate my feed back and they are working on making their system better i you tell me taht BS I lost money for their mess-up.

    Uber has repeatedly lied about their wait times for pick *** and keep getting drivers that are homophobic and deceitful. I cancelled six Ubers in a row because they lied about how long it would take for pick up. They promised 6 minutes, and I kept getting 15 minutes or longer! Then they would mark up the cost for a new trip if you cancelled altogether! I got my money back, but they need to be federally investigated for false advertising.

    ******* and registered legal scammer. February ******* is my first ride and it charged me a $52 on my credit card from ************************ to ******* after arrival to my destination then it charged me another $97.96 again for a lot of reasons but I never changed direction or stop or talk to driver in this case where is transparency, Uber company should revealed what ever charges ahead of time so that we can decide. Not feeling sorry. my advice to passengers like me is call your friends and give $60 dollar to let you ride, you happy and your friends also happy.

    My car is at the ***** Dealership. I tried to make an account to use ********************** while my car is in the shop. They said my account is suspended. I have never used Uber before to get a ride. I sent them a copy of my driver license and they will not tell me why? This is not fair to me because I don't know the reason or if I'm the right person they are talking about. They should not be able to just do this without give me a reason. I don't know what they are talking about I have never use Uber before. Also, they don't have a phone number to call and speak to anyone about this problem. You can only speak my email. I very unhappy about this.

    I was a driver for this company for 7 years they have been stealing money from drivers on a consecutive basis not only that they tend to turn a blind eye to positive driving feedback from customers and allows one customer to lie and locs you out of ur account completely the customer service agent are trained to respond with negative feedback from the managers and disregard any evidence from positive driving history

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They change your delivery times to be later and later as the order progresses to not have you be able to get a refund even after your order being over an hour in someones car.
