Online order placed: November 15, 2024 In the amount of: $197.59 Product ordered: 5 Crunch Fitness Hoodies each priced at $34.13 Nature of dispute: I have reached out by email, phone, and text several times to inquire about how to return the items for a refund. The website does not provide clear instructions. There has been no attempt on the companies behalf to return any form of communication. Each time I have called DURING advertised business hours, no one answers and it goes to voicemail. The products do not uphold the quality pictured on the website and I would like my money back.Business response

Return labels are not provided for exchanges or refunds.
Also, you authorize Artist Shot to discard and dispose of any product that becomes excess due to refunds, reprints, fraud, product sampling or promotional activities, in any way.

Once the package is placed, please share with us a picture of the receipt or the tracking number so that we can continue with the refund (original order and original shipping) process.

On Dec 13 I placed an order online for two baseball hats. I paid with ******. When I got my email confirmation I noticed I ordered the wrong size on one of them. I immediately looked up the customer service info and called them less than 10 minutes from completing the order. I got a recording they were closed but according to their hours they should have been open Then texted as the recording said if it was imporant. No answer. I called again several times over the next few days. I also email 3 times and also texted 4? More times. After no answers at all from any avenue I opened a case with ****** to get my money back. As of right now the company hasnt answered ****** either and the status of my order still says processing. I thought with ****** I would be protected but I guess not.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order 12/06/24 (#**********) for 2 childrens sweaters totaling $60.94. I received an email order acknowledgment. Never heard from them again. The acknowledgement had no estimated shipping date or tracking #. I have called several times only to get a recording to call during business hours, which I was every time. The recording also states to text them, which Ive done multiple times with no response. I went on their ******** page and there are a ton of complaints. I purchases a jacket from the site for $64.71 on November 30, 2024 and when I received it, the jacket looked nothing like. the picture and the print was already fading. I reached out to customer service email on December 6th. Their policy states that they get back with customers within 24 to 48 hours, but it is now December 11th with no response. We were able to confirm that after Nov 05th there have been no further updates. *** has not provided any other information about the location of your package so we can only assume it's been lost by them. If that's the case, we would have no trouble sending you a replacement like you requested. If it's needed, we might upgrade the shipping service to DELUXE so that your order doesn't take that long to arrive.

I have oredered a cap from Artist Shot. They did not provide an order no as well as history for the transaction. So it is not possible for me to tell you when I ordered the item. The cap I have oredred have faint white printing on the front. In the advertisement it appear as a solid black cap. I need a solid black cap. This is not what they have send me. I am fighting now for approx 5 days now. If I phone them they ask me to leave a message I have done so every day I phone them. Then the also give an email address wich I used for 5 days. They ignore all my attempts to solve this matter. They also do not contact me by email or any other form of contact.Business response

I opened an account on September 5, 2022 and uploaded 3 items as artwork. I later decided against this platform and attempted to delete the artwork and close the account. The option to do either does not exist. I contacted the company using the email address provided, ********************************* on October 13, 2022 and October 17, 2022 requesting the artwork be deleted and account closed. Both times I received a response from *************************, **************** Manager, stating the request would be completed. To date, the account is still open and the artwork is still there. Today, I completed another request to at a minimum remove the artwork. Please advise and assist in this process to prevent copyright, as the artwork is a family member.Business response

None of the 3 images I uploaded for artwork have copyright issues. They are my personal images, one of my daughter, my dog and my plant. Artistshot.com had blatantly copied my artwork pixel by pixel and is using it for personal profit without my consent. I had filled out a copyright infringement form on their website and want to file a complaint against this business for stealing intellectual property. I am a professional artist and single, widowed mother of two who relies on earning a living creating designs for t-shirts and other apparel on ***************, Etsy, Redbubble, and other ecommerce sites. Businesses like Artistshot.com finds best selling designs off of these sites, scrapes/steals them without artist consent, then proceeds to sell them on their website or even a *************** account to profit. I am sick to death of having to deal with these thieves and they have to be stopped. We would like to emphasize that we respect the intellectual property rights of others and are against of wrong use as well as unauthorized use of copyrighted/trademarked material in our online store. We only welcome true original designers and fight against infringing material on a daily basis by removing such content of which we reasonably notice and verify when it is copyrighted/trademarked or belongs to someone else.
We kindly inform you that we adhere to the ** Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the DMCA)which requires us to remove designs when we receive a proper notice of infringement that includes all of the required information. Contrary to the complaint filed against us, it is an independent designer on our website who uploaded the infringed material, not us. As we stated above,we are a third-party service provider and the Marketplace that facilitates the sale of the products to the customers. We work hard on infringed designs to be able to prevent the intellectual property infringements and as soon as we receive a proper notice of infringement, we take immediate action about it by removing the copyrighted/trademarked material.
It is hereby reminded that we are an online marketplace and a family business which honestly welcomes true original designers as well as try to help them share their creations with the world. As it is well-known, several designers out there want to take advantage of other brands to generate income. Unfortunately, many original designers have been the victims of copyright/trademark infringements which have become a nightmare for businesses like us. Therefore, we do not welcome infringing content and keep fighting against the designers who upload such materials.
Also, we would like to emphasize that as soon as we received **** Igawas notice of infringement,we removed her design from our website.
