    Ordered a hat got conformation that they got the Order. 2 weeks later emailed and no response. Tried calling on hold for 35 minutes. So hung up. Email again. Then about 3 days later get shipping conformation #. No one ever did actually contacts me back. The only good thing I did receive my order. ******** service there must really stink. I would never recommend Ordering from artists shot.

    Liar I have lots of pictures where its says cannibal corpse official merchandise . Youre lucky I cant post it here . Funny how you respond on here but not back to the people who are saying youre a Scam on all social media and not answering your customer support lines .

    By reading these reviews I'm feeling worried I will never receive a hat I ordered on Nov 4th. I got a *** tracking number that shows nothing has left the business. I'll escalate it to a complaint and escalate it with ****** if I do not receive my hat. Get me my hat and do better as a business!

    This company is a scam company. Do not do business with these chumps. I ordered 1 T-shirt and never received it. *** said it was delivered and never did. I tried to get a refund all I got were return emails from random customer service agents pretty much accusing me of getting the merch and trying to get a refund. In the time dealing with this company, I was able to go to Red Bubble and get the same T-shirt in the time I have been going back and forth with these losers. I guess they are a small business, but why be in business if you can't do simple transactions?

    I ordered 7 t-shirts, they got 6 correct. Im 0 for 5 so far in getting a customer service response. Thats unacceptable.

    Ordered a hat on 6/18/24. Received an email stating that my order has shipped on 6/28/24. Today is 7/22/24 and still haven't received the item. All of my emails requesting updates have been unanswered. Stay far away from this company.

    Couldn't execute I was so excited to get my product, but when I did the placement was TERRIBLE and even though I went through customer service, and they tried to help, they sent me back the same hoodie, not fixing or following any instructions....in the meantime, I paid for shipping 3 separate times and didn't get any product! Would never recommend

    I ordered a hat on Monday the 25th of March. I paid for expedited shipping (which was almost the cost of the hat) and the order still says processing and its now Friday the 29th. I get delays happy before things ship, but the fact that I need to update an error on the apartment number of the recipient and have called, emailed and texted since Tuesday, no reply. The phone is off during business hours too. What makes even less sense is on my automated order email confirmation receipt, the recipients apt number IS correct (reads as C302) but when I do my order search, it shows her apt as just "3". It wont get delivered if they are putting the wrong address so it would be really nice to hear back. It would also be nice to know why I paid for the fasting shipping and its been 5 business days and hasnt even been mailed out. I wouldnt write on here after such a short time but it feels like a full on scam right now
