I signed my apartment lease and moved in some of my stuff into my apartment on July 11,2022.Since that day I have not been able to stay at my unit and I have been reporting that there are excessive amount of cockroaches in my apartment. In the stove, fridge, cabinets, inside the drawer wood and dishwasher. I have set pest bombs and my unit has been fumigated multiple times. I was told that I can be able to move units depending on the severity but when they go check my unit they blow it off as it is something normal to have in an apartment. I was told "its not that bad just sweep them out", "they will eventually go away", "its not that bad".I know that this in fact is not something normal in any home or apartment. Also considering I am employed there as a maintenance man I go into multiple units a day and I see minimal to no cockroaches in the other units I make-ready or tend to so I know that management is lying to me and simply does not want to move me units for an unknown reason. To add to this I also know several people who live in other apartments at university square apartments and they are shocked by the amount of cockroaches that are in my unit.Since the unit they are in has minimal to no cockroaches. It has been 11 days today that I can not sleep in the apartment I am paying for. I got an apartment because I do not have a safe place to live without it I'm homeless. I can't stay in my own unit. On top of the cockroach infestation the waste that the cockroaches produce are a hazard to my health since I do have asthma and they carry other diseases. All I am asking is to be moved to a clean unit or if I can not be moved I would like to end my lease and find another apartment complex but I also previously asked if I could terminate my lease and I was told I could not due to the leasing agreement. I would have to pay for a unlivable unit that is infested with cockroaches.I will be attaching the letter I will be delivering to them along with some photos

The incident happened on 24 June 2022. RedStone apartments committed an apartment lease to me for August '22 - '23. I am trying to sell this contract right now to another couple. After almost finishing the application process, RedStone threatened to increase the rates for this new couple. However, RedStone should not be able to do this because my current contract for August `22 - `23 states the current price. If RedStone raises the price of the contract, then they should be in violation of of said contract.
