BroCrates is a company that I will never order from again. I ordered a custom crate to be sent to my husband for our 19th anniversary. ****** are 2500 miles apart while I care for my parents potentially long term. I wanted to get him something different & unique and I settled on BroCrates. Their website is pleasant to search and they lead you to believe the items youre buying are kinda bougie, along with a bougie price tag. Unfortunately, the crate arrived 2 days late and out of the items that I ordered and paid $$ for only 1 item (Captain ******) was what I ordered. However, I paid $32. For a smaller bottle! At least one of the items wasnt in it. The premium white drizzled popcorn was a box of ************** and another thing was supposed to be a $10 bag of pistachios as well as a $10 bag cashews. He received a single serve bag of Wonderful Pistachio as well as a single serve bag of Nutrition nut mix. Nothing in the crate was upscale, nor worth $115.00! *** reached out to the company and they blamed the delivery company for the delay, even though they claim on the website they ship in 1-2 days. I ordered in plenty of time and it was still late. I will never order from them again and I encourage others to seriously reconsider if they think about it. Im incredibly disappointed in the company and their lack of quality control and their ability to take no responsibility in their bad business practices.

In all instances, these delays are beyond our immediate control and sometimes inevitable, particularly at busier times of the year, but we always provide customers with tracking information so they can remain updated as to the whereabouts of such packages.
