            I invested $309 back in 2019 and never received the I Kuddle. Email followup from the company has been sporadic. Initially told there was an issue with the software. My last communication was 2022. I was assured by email that I would be receiving the product soon. How can this company still be allowed in business?

            iKuddle started a Kickstarter campaign May 14 2019, it was successfully funded in a matter of days and eventually raised over a million dollars. Link to the campaign: **************************************************************************************************************************************** With the money they raised the company is supposed to manufacture their product and send it to the backers of the campaign (those individuals who spent their money to fund the project) before they sell the product in the open market. However, iKuddle did not do this. I have not received my product and many (most) others have not either. If you look at the comments of the campaign you will see how many people's money was stolen: ****************************************************************************************************************************************/comments Delays are not uncommon for Kickstarter projects, I would say it's usually the norm for successful projects as fulfilling so many orders as a new company is difficult. However, honest companies keep backers up to date on their progress and eventually do fulfill the orders they received from backers. iKuddle has not done this. They have simply stopped communicating with the Kickstarted backers and began to sell their product through their own website. Link to their website: *************************************** is blatant theft. Its been many years since the project was successfully funded, and they clearly are able to manufacture and ship their product as they are doing so via their own website. Thus they should be able to prodive the product to the Kickstarter backers. Long story short, iKuddle stole the money from the ***** individuals that funded their Kickstarter campaign (a minimum of $250 per person), and used this money to start selling their product to other individuals.

            I backed this project $269 in May 2019, with an estimated shipping date of July 2019. Its been nearly 4 years since I placed the order for one unit. Ive reached out to Kickstarter and iKuddle to resolve the issue to no avail. I have no hope of ever seeing this product at this point and just want a refund. At the very least, this company needs to see some sort of legal repercussions for scamming its backers out of over $1m.

            I backed iKuddle on Kickstarter on June 29, 2019. I was supposed to receive an automatic cat litter box. For awhile they would send email updates. There was always a reason the product wasn't shipped. Then they quit communicating. They apparently scammed people for millions of dollars and me for $309. Kickstarter should be investigated, too. They provided the platform and allowed the scam to run.

            Original purchase was Aug 2019. Two units, over $550. They kept saying it will ship, but then stopped with updates or responses. Last update was Aug 2021 - after complaints to the CA AG. They have repeatedly claimed to have shipped units in the US, but there's no evidence and hundreds of complaints. They used crowd funding on Kickstarter and Indiegogo, took sales on the personal site (***********), late pledges on Kickstart until they shut it down - raking in millions. Only to stop responding to any inquiries or request for updates.

            Like hundreds of other backers on Kickstarter and Indigogo, I paid $269 on May 14, 2019 to back the iKuddle litter box via Kickstarter. Initially backers received occasional updates--there seemed to be legit delays (more when Covid hit) due to backordered parts, redesign of product to address issues, etc. After zero updates for a very long time (Oct 19, 2020 - May 10, 2021), they (creators) posted a long update on May 10, 2021 that explained in detail several issues causing the delay, what they were doing to fix said issues, and their hopeful production timeline; that update ended with "We will keep updating every week, explaining what's happened since last week, any new progress, any new challenges, and if the expectations have changed. We hope that people will find joy on iKuddle again, and please know that we are working hard toward this goal." Backers then got near-weekly updates on May 17, 2021, May 27, 2021 and June 11, 2021 before those updates ceased. On August 30, 2021--the last update backers received--the creators cited production delays, engineering redesigns, etc. again. Included in these May 2021 updates were photos of hundreds of alleged litter box products "ready to be shipped out for beta testing". And then....... NOTHING. Zero communication since then. It is obvious that hundreds of backers have been swindled out of our money, and we will never receive the product. (NOTE: I have backed a few dozen projects on both Kickstarter and Indigogo, and am well aware of the 'risk' and that the proposed timeline rarely happens. Just a few weeks ago in early October 2022 I finally received the product I backed in Sept 2016... but in the intervening 6 years, the creators sent 81 updates! I knew what was happening month by month, through all their difficulties. I TRUSTED them. These iKuddle creators have disappeared-- zero updates despite numerous pleas. Kickstarter/Indigogo won't help us backers. PLEASE help us get justice!!!!!!

These scammers need to have a class action lawsuit to repay the millions of dollars they stole from indiegogo campaign backers.

            I paid $309 on 11/24/2019 for the ikuddle litter box. To date I haven't received it. The last update from the company was on 1/24/2022. I would like to know if this product is still being produced and if not I would like a refund. Thanks for your help!
