            I ordered the iKuddle litter Box June 30th 2020 paying paying $419 for it. I received the product but it did not work properly I exchanged emails with the company and they told me to send it back under warranty for it to be repaired and returned or replaced.. In the beginning they would answer me back when I would email inquiring about my replacement, at a certain point I began asking for a refund. Still have not received refund or new product and they have stopped answering my emails.

            I backed the ikuddles kickstarter May 14,2019 and was charged $269.00 on June 18, 2019 at 8:23 am. I still have not received my purchase 3 years later. They made promises multiple times and have not followed through. I have asked multiple times for a refund to the point that they are no longer responding. I have stopped receiving updates 8/30/2021

            I paid for this litter box back in 2017 and I never received it. I've reached out to the company for a refund but no response for many years. I'd like for a refund, but I know you don't handle that so I'd like a response back from the business.

            I back Ikuddle on kickstarter and bought 2 little boxes for an amount just under $600. I've contacted them several times and no response. No little boxes were ever received even though they seem to have a website up and running selling them still last time I checked.

            On June 1, 2019 I backed iKuddle's Kickstarter project - an automatic cleaning cat litter box. *********************************************************************************************************************** I was initially charged $269 for the product itself on August 20, 2019 and then another $23.18 on October 31, 2019 for accessories that were supposed to go with the product. At first, they provided regular updates and initial delays were due to a copyright dispute and then COVID related delays. The last update was sent on August 30, 2021. After they stopped sending updates to all of the Kickstarter pledgers, I was able to receive some infrequent updates via email but they have since stopped responding to my emails as of March 30, 2022. I have requested a refund multiple times as I have not received a product despite having given this company $292.18 back in 2019. Attached are various documents including complaints from other Kickstarter backers who have also not received a product, update, or refund.

            Look, this company from kickstarter foe iKuddle litter box has been in the works for 2 years now. Us backers have raised them over $1 millions dollars to get this project going and sent out to the pledges. I am backer #***. There has been no communication since August 2021. The last update they were waiting on chips for ***** to get out to us. I would love it if somehow I would receive my littler box, but I know that's to good to be true. So at this time I just want my refund. I cant believe someone could deceive people so badly and take that much money from people and make nothing. They should be prosecuted.

            I purchased an ikiddle*************************** in November, 2019. It was in the form of a pledge on a crowdfunding site (***********) with a promise of the product and some extras including the self cleaning litter box, 3 carbon filters and 3 littler bags. The company did an okay job at at first keeping us updated , but now they're MIA, with their last update being on 8/2021. Me and other buyers were notified that they were preparing the shipments but now it's been about 8 months and nothing. I haven't received my promised product. I have requested a refund which I have not gotten and they are obviously ignoring my requests and messages. I would like my money back in the amount of ******** The company has not responded to my request and there is no way to contact them either through phone or email.
