    My situation is the similar to the other reviewers: I paid in full for a garage door in September of 2023, was told it would be installed in two months, and now it's January 2025 and I still do not have a garage door! I call regularly and talk to the receptionists. They are polite and just repeat what they're told to say, which is usually that I will receive a call in a week to schedule the garage door's installation, but then that day comes and goes without a call, so I call them and go through the same thing again and again. I ask to speak to ****, the owner, who was willing to talk to me when I paid, but for over a year now, he is always unavailable and doesn't even answer my emails. I am a teacher and do not have money to buy a garage door from somewhere else because Precise Iron Doors has all the money I saved up for my much needed garage door ($5,600 I paid by check). This company has put me in a terrible position and my HOA is giving me a difficult time, plus my current old garage door is ready to fall apart. I trusted them, but I should never have paid the full amount before delivery. I don't know what I can do at this point . . . I **** **** reads this and does the right thing: either install my garage door or refund my money immediately.

    Worst experience ever. Ordered door 19 months ago. 6 month delivery. After a year of unanswered calls and emails by anyone in charge ( only was ever able to talk to receptionists) I tried to cancel and get a refund. After filling out form, months went by and no response to any calls or emails. I gave up and decided to wait it out. More months went by and few months ago I called and they said door was in. They asked me to pay with Venmo cause their card machine wasnt working. I found that very suspicious and said I would call back later. Few days later, they said machine would be down for few weeks. I waited few weeks and they finally let me pay with credit card. Said I should hear back from shipping company in a week. 2 weeks went by and I called and they said same thing. Weeks went by again and they said same. I finally called my credit card to cancel payment Unfortunately credit card company cant try to refund my initial deposit because it was over 1 1/2 years ago but they are working on my second payment very sad a company like this can stay in business

    I ordered one of their "in-stock" doors, but it was delivered without a lock. For over a month, I have been trying to get them to deliver the lock they charged me for. In the meantime, I have a board blocking the door from the inside. I've asked for a refund as well, but they refuse. Their response to the BBB is BS; they are crooks.

    Stay away from this establishment. I ordered a custom door, which was promised 3 to 4 months to be delivered and installed. It took ONE YEAR and three months to be delivered. They installed the door, but it still needed to be completed because they needed more material. Long story short, after the promise date after the promise date, they never returned to complete the job. I had to hire a company that was much higher cost to finish their job. I left over ten messages for ****, but he never even bothered to call me back. The staff is courteous, but the management is the worst I have seen. Please read the other reviews and avoid them, no matter how good the price is.

    No stars for this company I ordered a door early this year in Jan 9 they asked for a deposit and I gave it to them and they kept pushing my dates out for delivery I emailed and called several times and till this day Oct.2.2024 have not received my money back Art denies my emails and calls I just want my money back

    To all victims of this company. I have filed small claims court and i will post the results. I plan to also file police report. You all need to also file small claims, File police report and notify the California secretary of state as they are registered with them. They are criminals who are stealing money under the cover of bad business.

    ****DO NOT BUY DOORS FROM THIS COMPANY**** I ordered a wrought iron door from Precise Iron Doors in May of 2023 and was given an October 2023 delivery date by ************. (This was a planned birthday gift for my wife in October) It's now September 2024 and I still have not received my door. I made many phone calls and sent many emails only to received empty promises that my wrought iron door will be delivered on the next month's shipment container, but I still have not received my door that I purchased in full price. I sent an email requesting a full refund on September 9, 2024, and I have yet received to receive a reply email of an acknowledgement. I'm pretty sure I will have to pursue legal action against this company. Very bad business practice.This company should not be allowed to post their business on the internet.

    I ordered door here last October, in a few days will be a year. I was told that my door will be ready within two months. My plan was to install new door before Christmas 2023. Every month since December I am calling to check my order and every time same lady said next month. I asked for manager phone but manager doesnt have phone and he always not in the office. What I have to do, any suggestions?

    My doors were installed on February 21, 2024, and by April 16, 2024, they had already started bubbling. I sent photos of the issue via email, but received no response. When I called, a technician was sent to "repair" the doors, but he was unable to fix them. They mentioned **************** as a solution, but he had a long waiting list. After insisting to be put on the list, I called every week for an update but couldn't get a confirmed date for the repair. After multiple calls and speaking to ******, I was promised that **************** would come to fix the problem, but still, no date was provided. Finally, in August, after nearly 4 months of waiting, I expressed my frustration to *****, who assured me that someone would. come to repair the doors on Monday. To my dismay, the same technician who had been unsuccessful the first and second time showed up again. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this company to anyone.

    I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Precise Doors. In mid-April, I purchased an iron door with the promise of delivery and installation by mid-June ******** #*****). Since mid-June, I have been calling every few days to speak with *****, who handled my order, but I have never received a response. Despite speaking with ***** and the order tracking team multiple times, I was consistently told the door would arrive a few weeks from each call date.On my most recent call, I was informed that the door would not arrive until the end of August. This means I have been waiting for three months without any resolution, wasting valuable time when I could have gone elsewhere and had a door installed already.The false promises, lack of communication, and overall poor customer service have forced me to request a cancellation and refund. Instead of speaking to someone directly, I was instructed to send an email, to which I have received no response even after 24 hours.I am now left with no choice but to leave this review. If Precise Doors addresses this issue promptly by either delivering the door with significant compensation by the end of this week or processing a cancellation and full refund, I will revise or remove this review accordingly. However, if they fail to respond or take appropriate action, I will maintain this review and escalate the matter further by filing a dispute with **************** and sharing my experience on additional platforms like ******* Yelp, and BBB.This experience has been incredibly unprofessional and disappointing, especially since I am a reseller who had intended to give Precise Doors substantial business.
