I had a profoundly negative experience with Kelly Services due to what appears to be a major lapse in their data security. After applying for various positions through Kelly Services, I started receiving phone calls from people claiming to represent the companyyet it was clear they were not legitimate recruiters. They had access to my full rsum and even knew which roles I had applied for, all while trying to obtain my Social Security number under false pretenses. When I reached out to Kelly Services to express my concerns and request that my information be removed from their systems, they were surprisingly unhelpful. Instead of proactively addressing the potential breach, they dismissed my worries and continued pushing me to attend an interview. I found it troubling that they brushed aside security concerns, especially when it involved sensitive personal data.I take data breaches very seriously, and it was alarming that Kelly Services seemed more focused on filling job requisitions than ensuring the safety of candidate information. Everyones personal and professional details deserve protection, and I believe Kelly Services fell short of that responsibility in my case.I hope they take immediate steps to bolster their data protection measures, be more transparent with affected candidates, and handle all privacy-related issues with the seriousness they deserve. Until then, I cannot recommend their services and would caution job seekers to think twice before sharing sensitive information with this company.

This person is a recruiter and after an initial unwanted text to me I asked to be removed from the list. This person continued to harass me until I had to block their number.

I have received phone calls from Kelly Services for over 5 years. I have never used their services and signed up for it ONCE in college and no matter how many times I tell them to stop calling me, I consistently still get phone calls from them at least once a month. It is harassing and impossible to get off their call list. They need to accept when someone tells them to stop calling them and take them off their list. I have been polite and cordial and I have also been screaming at them and nothing changes.

I applied for an interpreter's position online, at Kelly Services, via LinkedIn. The *** agent's name was ***********************, her phone number is ************ and her email address is *********************************** After a few emails, I took a language assessment test to demonstrate my language skills. **** confirmed that I passed and asked me to go to their Onboard365 site to finish the recruitment process. On May 14th, I filled all the forms (an extensive online task) which included a Tax info. doc., requesting my SS#, and a salary doc. requesting my banking details for direct deposits (routing and checking account information). On May 17th, I checked my bank account balance and found that a withdrawal of $995.00 had been made from my checking account without my knowledge nor consent. The *** associated with this transaction is RIA ********* Services (PH. # listed is ************). I proceeded to call them, and they informed me that they had no records of my name, even though they were able to verify that a money transfer was made using a check with my routing/account info. They suggested that I was probably scammed and that I should contact the authorities. I called my bank and closed that account, reset my current UserID/PWD and cancelled my debit card. I also contacted all 3 credit bureaus to report identity theft and freeze my credit. In addition, I filed a police report. FYI, there is a *********************** (recruiter) affiliated with Kelly Services, so I'm not sure if they used her identity to scam me or if I was in touch with a real representative during my application. Kelly's security ******** ***************** (Tel.# ************) is going to contact her and hopefully provide more info. Additional details: Website where I completed the requested onboarding info: ***************************************, Email letting me know I successfully completed the Onboard365 docs: ***********************************

I contracted with the business the end of January to start substitute teaching in local school districts. I paid out of pocket for security clearances, TB testing, fingerprinting, etc. close to $200. I finished 3 plus hours of online training and orientation and have yet to receive a link to the Frontline account to start accepting assignments. They keep saying that they are sending me the link, but I am not receiving it and no one will rectify the situation. I have not been paid for the hours of orientation or any payment for that matter and I am out close to $200 and alot of my time. It is infuriating and a sad situation.

Kelly services *** does not reimburse their employee for time worked. As a business this is unacceptable. 10/13/23 I was owed ******** before taxes. My personal email was hacked and direct deposit update form was requested. Kelly allowed the form to be e-signed and never contacted me. Resulting in my paycheck to fraudulent stolen. Refuse to reimburse me even after sufficient evidence was given. No business should operate this way.

They allow student to abuse the substitutes verbally and then put them on suspension without just cause. Also they do not pay the substitutes what they are worth educational wise. For instance a person I know gets paid *************************************************************************** education and should receive more especially if they allow the students and teachers and vice principal and principal to treat them as though the are second class citizens and are replaceable.

When I called to apply, several days in a row there was no answer. I drove to the address and went inside to try and apply and was given a sheet with a scan code at the same time the lady lied and said I gotta go to a meeting and tried to push me out. I immediately noticed the link she gave me when opening it up on my cellphone went to a messed up looking website and she gave me another site with my info to fill out. When leaving she immediately locked the doors during normal business but while I was headed out the door she was staring at me strangely as I got on the elevator. As I finally finished the application online it said denied so I turned around and went back to ask why. Well she was sitting at desk and looked at me through the clear glass doors and just pointed at phone to call which I did but oddly would not answer and I see her just walk away to the back of the office. Then she calls 5 people over like 2 of the building maintenance people and 3 other unidentified people so I call corporate and they so nothing on your profile looks wrong and your account looks good and says let me transfer you to the complaints department but the call goes to voice mail, giving me the run around.
