Submitted prepaid maintenance and Intire program cancellation form for my car on 04/23/2023 on site in Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek. However, did not hear back from them after that. I have attempted to call them many times. They said they will help me contact their financial service, however, I did not receive any call or messages from them. I also attempted to email to their financial service department a few times. However, they also did not respond me and give me an update. I am frustrated and not sure what I can do to get my prepaid money back.Initial Complaint

I purchased a lexus is 250 from mercedes benz of walnut creek on 7th june, 2023. I had a preapproval from credit union and 10k downpayment. However, car had an issue with radio volume not working and no wheel lock key which the dealer promised to provide both by June 9th 2023. I put in the down payment and the dealer cashed it without giving me a copy of any signed paperwork or bill of sale. I have attached an image of the check cashed. It is June 13, and I have not heard from the dealer on when the car will be ready. I am paying for a rental car which the dealer refused to reimburse.I want the dealer to get my car ready as soon as possible or refund me my downpayment.Initial Complaint

On 6/7/2023 I brought my vehicle to *******'s dad's Cadillac in Walnut Creek because the complaint that I had was the starting system, there's no safety release trunk opener also engine check light was coming on and a faulty transmission or motor also ticking sound coming from the engine along with the battery dying out, I contacted ************* in which that's who I purchased the vehicle from I spoke to the store manager ****************** he indicated if I took the car to *******'s dad Cadillac and once they found out the problem that me and him would talk about handling the cost of repair and the deductible once I did so, and brought back the diagnosis he then said we're not going to pay for any of it and I said to him then why would you tell me to go to get the diagnosis and tell me to come back and that we will talk about the price of covering it? He then said I didn't say that which was a lie I feel as though I was taking advantage of after putting down $12,000 on this vehicle and getting an extended warranty on this vehicle getting still I'm told to pay $390 for the diagnosis and $390 for a brand new battery in which I feel ************* sold me this vehicle without doing a proper diagnosis on the battery I have driven the car for less than 300 miles since purchasing it I've called several times over the last 6 months for them to give me a call back no one returned any of my calls I have proof of that on my phone list I'm asking for a refund and I'm asking for the car to be repaired which is a state law and all vehicles should have a safety release switch in the trunk and mine does not, I was sold an unsafe vehicleInitial Complaint

On 2022 I order a key less for my 2010 mercedez gl550 and I place the order and I waited like 2 months I call the mail office they said it was a problem with the order and they took other 3 weeks I call again and I was so mad and I ask *** spoke with the manager and he said they will have the key ready on 24 hrs and I pick up the key the next day and since that day the key dont work properly at all I had call them several times and they said its my ignition and its not because it said key not detected there is days when I have to wait for hours to work and I call and they said I have to pay again and is not. I purchased a vehicle on 1/23/2023 from this dealership for the price of $74,271.51 dealership provided me with a spec sheet showing what features were on the car and what was not included, due to it being unavailable, and applicable price adjustments for the things not listed.Much to my surprise I found out later that the upgraded ********* stereo system that was included with my purchase was not installed in the car. It was not disclosed to me and it was not taken out of the price in anyway. When I followed up with the dealership I was delayed by the management and told to "Not complete the ******** survey until they could fix this for me." Once the survey window expired they followed up with me to say there is nothing they could do and that it was taken out of the base **** of the car price.I was able to confirm this wasn't true by checking my **** against the same make and model of my car for sale that included the stereo system and the **** was exactly the same. Not disclosing in any way that this feature was excluded from the car and not taking it out of the pricing are both deceptive and fraudulentInitial Complaint

Leased a vehicle from MB Walnut Creek and added on an prepaid service contract. I went in to get my car serviced and I was told the contract was canceled, without my knowledge or giving any reason. I have tried calling MB walnut creek for 3 days now, they keep saying someone from finance will call me back, but no one does. I would really just like a resolution so I can get my car serviced and go on with my life.Initial Complaint

I purchased a certified pre owned ******** **** GLS on 2/4/2022. The vehicle had approx ***** miles when I purchased it and was still under manufacture warranty and because it was a CPO it came with an additional 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. I brought the car in to the dealership several times for issues, most recently for shaking. I was told that the front rotate were warped and the breaks were bad. They are charging me almost 1500$ to fix this issue on a car that I have only had for 5 months and put only about **** miles on. How is this possibly my fault? I understand normal wear and tear but this is not wear and tear on my behalf. I paid a lot of money for a CPO and I just feel that I got an SUV that no maintenance was done to, prior to being sold.Initial Complaint

The dealership failed to file paperwork to the dmv within time frame of used car purchase. I purchased my vehicle 11/16/21 and it is now March and I still have not received my registration. I was told I would receive the registration within 2-4 weeks and assumed there was a delay. I reached out to the dealership numerous times via email, text and calling yet did not receive a response. I was only given multiple names/contact info of who can help. In February after multiple times of reaching the guy I signed paper work with, he told me he had emailed their dmv person and said everything looked on track and I would get the registration shortly. I never received it. I emailed the dmv person myself twice and didnt get a response either. Today the sales person emailed me and said they were missing paperwork from the previous owner and it was the reason why there was a delay. They said they would file the paperwork on Monday (3/14). This should have not taken almost 4 months to get the paperwork filed in the first place. It is also unprofessional of a business to not respond or resolve and ongoing issue. They had no issue reaching out to me on purchasing the vehicle numerous times but once I purchased the car it was impossible to get help. I also paid the registration, fees, and more than 30% down payment.
