On july 21 i ordered at 930 they said 45 min and i waited an hour then i called and next employee said they were 5 min away i called 15min later and asked for a manager she said the couldnt findy address when i order every single friday at the ********** location on 16th ave manager was rude i asked for her name and she refused to give it to me she needs to be talked to she did not respect me as a customer her driver never called about being lost i asked to redo my order and she was refusing because i called her driver stupid what a rude so called manager i will never order from backjacks again horrible experienceInitial Complaint

I ordered from the *********** store on ********. I have been doing business with this store for many, many years. I did an online order and waited for delivery. Added a 20% tip for delivery. No delivery. Called the store and they said it was for web pickup. It was not. They will not refund. Were very rude. Almost $80 in charges and no pizza. Poor service.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 pizzas when i got there I wanted to add on 2 side of ranch and the manager reaches over the counter and pushes cancel on the card machine canceling my order for me. I get charge to my account and because their machine didnt produce a receipt she said that she cant just give me the pizzas for free but they charged my account. Tell me how that make sense. So then she says that the money should go back to my account in 2/3 business days. And if it doesnt to come back in and they would give me a refund. Total bullshit!Business response

On January 2, I placed an online order to the Blackjack on Walnut Street in *******, for which my credit card was charged but which was never delivered. I called the store that night, and got a recording, and again the next day and got a message that the line was disconnected, so I guess that store has closed. Unfortunately, my credit card statement shows that I was charged $25.89. I have tried finding any Blackjack customer service representative who can help me get a refund on this order, but so far, I am not having any luck finding anybody at all to deal with this issue. I wrote a letter to corporate office in Westminster on January 9 asking them to help resolve. There has been no answer.Business response

Unfortunately the franchisee has closed the location and I do not have access to their Point of Sale system to issue you a refund. I can send you a **** Gift Card to cover the amount you spent if that works for you.

I wish to report this complaint as resolved. The business refunded the amount I lost by sending a gift card in the equal and even greater amount, and I am quite satisfied with this response to my problem. Please record as such.

Blackjack Pizza ***********************************************************************. I have ordered several time for this place and most of the time without issue. When I've had a problem, they Management has been quick to resolve with a credit of some type -Never full refund. My last order on 11/20 was for a custom pizza, a 9 piece chicken wings, and cookie. The delivery est. was 40mins (the business is located 2 mins drive from my address). at 50mins I called and was told if it didn't show up in 10 more mins to call back. I called back at 1 hour and 10+ mins. I Still left money for driver even though service sucked. Spoke with ****** (spelling?) Advised him my pizza was room temp, my chicken wings were cold. I don't even want to each chicken that's been in someones car for more than an hour. ****** - said that he would issue a FULL credit and that if I forgot his name, to mention pony tail guy. (Full Credit for future pizza, wings and cookie) I call on Tuesday 11/29 to place an order, no one could find my credit. ****** was not working. So I was not able to use my credit. I called today 11/30, as I was told he would be in today. The person who answered the phone said he was not there, and that there would no credit. We VERY Rude and Unprofessional. So I guess you no longer want my business. That's fine, I'll be sure and let all my friends and followers on ******** and linkedin know of my experience.Business response

On Saturday, 11/5, I placed an online order at 7:46pm. The order was for my children at home. I came home over two hours later and discovered that my pizza still had not been delivered. I called the store at 9:53 to let them know that it had been over two hours and I just wanted my order canceled and refunded. I spoke to the manager on duty, ****. **** proceeded to tell me that the store got extremely busy and that my order was currently on it way (time now 10:03pm) but that he agreed it took way longer than it should've and he would honor my request for a refund and call his driver to cancel the delivery. At 10:05pm I get a call back from **** stating that he will no longer be refunding me because my pizza was just delivered. I told him that I was standing at my front door and can assure him that no one has made any deliveries and that I have a ring camera to prove so. He was extremely rude and sounded very irritated. At this point I was becoming irritated myself because he is calling me a liar and telling me something happened that has not happened- the delivery. He said he was looking "in the system" and then said to me that the driver delivered my order to my old address (an address that I have not lived at since June 2021). I told him I will not be paying for something that I did not receive and if he looked into my order history he can see how loyal of a customer I am and he can also see that I have not had any deliveries there since I had moved over a year and half ago. ****, very rudely told me, he will not be issuing a refund because he is not giving out free food and that the food was delivered and then HUNG UP ON ME!!! I called him back at 10:10pm and told him how disgusting and disappointing his behavior and treatment of me was and that I needed to speak with his manager. He told me he is the store manager and as high as it gets and that I will not be getting a refund and hung up again!Initial Complaint

I ordered pizza for my family at my local location. Which happens to be the one in ******* on walnut. The website said they were open so I put in an online order for pickup. When I arrived at the location to pick up my dinner there were signs notifying that the location has been seized due to non payment of taxes. My bank account got charged $52 and some change. I just would like my money back for the transaction. And they need to update the website so other people don't end up having the same situation that I did.Business response

On Aug, 26 2022 last night before 6 Pm I order a large pizza online from Blackjack Pizza and Salads located at ****************** in *******, ** for a ASAP order which was estimated to be delivered at 6:45pm to 6:55 pm. I stayed up all night waiting for said Pizza. I have paid $31.91 for this order and the pizza track online has not even moved to the next stage. I order a pizza on 7/21 for delivery from the ******************* pizza at ********************************* the pizza was made incorrectly I called blackjack to have them fix the situation they told me that that they could make the pizza correctly but I would have to come pick it up or I could have a credit for a free pizza but that they could not fix the pizza and deliver it which is the service I paid and tipped for. The inability to provide the service that was paid for seems like a Blatant BBB volitionBusiness response
