            I did an online order at 7:17pm. By 8:38pm still no pizza, so I called. A lady answered. I explained I ordered the pizza online and its been over an hour and still no pizza. She responded rudely "just because it says 45 mins doesn't mean it will be that. I only have one driver." I asked how long it will be. She responded "about an hour hour and half". I said what! No, how can I get my money back and cancel this. She put me on hold than came back on "it will be back on your card in 3 to 5 business days" I said thats fine. Her response than was to hang up. The whole phone call she was mean and rude. Not only was I left without dinner but now money as well.

            March 14th 2022. I call 2 separate blackjack locations here in ****** and both knew nothing about a special of a medium one topping pizza for 7. 99.. But I have seen the advertisement on the ** at least 5-6 times yet nobody knows anything about this special.. And then I get hung up on by 1 of the stores. Miss leading information, uneducated employees Is a disgrace. False advertisement should not be allowed

            I am sorry for any confusion you had trying to redeem our recent offer.  All of our locations are independently owned and operated and there is a disclaimer on our advertising that states that participation may vary by individuals stores.  With that being said, I am unaware of any locations that are not offering the medium special.  Can you let me know what locations you contacted so I can follow up?  Additionally, I would like to offer you a gift certificated to compensate you for the miscommunication.  Can you please provide me with a mailing address that I can send it too.
