Worst customer support ever.Even with a police report number that's not good enough... my tags were stolen when I sold my car. And I've been trying to fight tolls ever since, even though I reported it to the *** and have a stolen police report number but apparently I need the actual paper copy which I wasn't given, because it was all done over the phone...

I personally see this toll road as fraudulent that they can bill you after they add late fees onto your account. Then you get a bill. I tried to go to the website and pay my tolls without a statement and it tells me there is no account. When I call them they tell me there are fees under my license plate. E470 is a scam and per the initial legislation and starting of the toll road was only supposed to be a toll road for 10 years. Now that they are building out farther east and basically forcing people to take the toll road, billing 3 months after the tolls have been accrued and then charging a late fee is ridiculous and most assuredly a racqueteering operation. Then I get told monthly you get charged $25 / toll added on each month. They send you transponders that even if you attach them the way the directions say they charge you the higher price and say it was misapplied. You wonder why so many people are driving with expired plates? E470 tolls and the way they charge outrageously for the charges. This has been a continued complaint over many years regarding the fraudulent billing practices of the e470 toll roads and stiil nothing is ever done. We need intervention into this company which i understand is not owned by a government entity, yet can hold you from getting your license plates. We need a class action law suit over this billing practices of the Toll roads.

We mistakenly got on an exit ramp due to safety reasons (Waze mistakenly put us on toll and we didn't realize until a lane change was unsafe) then got off immediately, as it showed on the bill. The supervisor I spoke to, ******, said the most they would be willing to do was waive 1/2 the cost. When I explained that under that we made the decision for safety reasons she just said we could have gotten off an exit sooner. That they were unwilling to waive the fee is ridiculous and predatory. I understand the tolls are a helpful service for many people, had we traveled a few records and gotten off, that's on us. This was an honest mistake and under these circumstances I would expect fees to be waived. Bad look.

They say i entered a toll and charged me for one passing. Thats not possible. They charge for exiting. An alleged $2.90 toll turned into $22.90 toll and their excuse is I didnt have a valid CC on file. The charge did not turn up on my monthly statement. This organization is running an illegal operation and preying on the public. Do not use this construction ridden road and even more horrible customer service.

This company needs better fraud policies. Somehow my transponder has ended up in another vehicle and in the last two months has accrued over $400 in toll bills. When I noticed this, I called and they de-activated my transponder, but they can't help with the fradulent charges. I now have to go through my bank to try to get my money back. It's not like I can choose another company to pay tolls through...

I received a toll statement, but I was not on the toll road on the specified date or anywhere near the area - I live 7-8 hours from the area. I do not know how they got my license plate info. This is a totally fabricated bill and the people involved in this scam should be prosecuted.

Total scam. I took the toll road one time. I paid on www.expresstoll.com and they made me pay AGAIN on www.go-pass.com. If you call them and tell them there's a mistake, they will literally laugh at you like they did to me. They know you're not going to go to court and spend a year fighting a toll bill while they fine you hundreds of dollars, send you to collections, put a stop on your vehicle registration, etc. I'm sure the traffic court judge (or whomever) who is getting paid with tax money is really going to throw the book at the **** scam artists. We pay taxes to fund the roads and then they say, "Well, if you don't have more money to just throw away (since, you know, you're not rich) then you don't get to actually drive on the PUBLIC roads you're paying for." I guess we can't be surprised when they lie, cheat, double bill, and extort money on top of it. What's a single person supposed to do about it? Nothing. And they know it.

Ya'll are 100% a scam. I actively avoid ****** so I don't have to pay your ridiculous fees for your c*** roads. Isn't fuel tax supposed to go to the roads anyhow? 100% a SCAM agency.

This is about the worst company/organization in history. There customer service is absolutely horrible. I pity the people working for the company and those that have to drive through the tolls they oversee.I sold a car to another person. The new person drove through the tolls. I got billed. It took 30 emails and 4 phone calls to resolve this issue. They requested a Bill of Sale. They did nothing with the Bill of Sale and eventually just "cleared" my account balance.Whenever I emailed them or contact them, I got a new person and it's like they were in first grade. They didn't read my emails, understand the situation, or seek to help. They just repeated the same old c*** from person to person. One of the worst organizations on the planet. I truly hope they read this and correct their absolute failures.

In April I recieved a notice of collection. I promptly called and adressed the issue. I was needing to put a new car on my account. This was taken care of through a phone agent, who charged my credit card to take care of the adjusted balance. In November I revieved a bill that was twice as much, after talking to a customer service agent, she explained the previous reprenstive did not complete the transaction for when the care had temp tags. But somehow my bill is still the same, with added late fees of an additional $100. I was told this was taken care of in April, I should not be fined in late fees for your employee incomptences. The supervisor I spoke with apparently does not have a boss, because their is no one higher to speak with as she is the last resort. Although she did waive $25 of the late fee because of their incomptence she became extremely rude because I said this us f?cking rudiculious that I have to pay late fees because of your employees error. She accused of cursing at her, which is not the case, I used a colorful adjective to express my displeasure. I have never had an issue until now with ****, but can see that your company is now out to take advantage of the consumer. I will be on the look out for the class action lawsuit that is certain to come with your new procedures.

    We apologize for the experience,

After further review, it appears due to the aging of the transaction's fees are limited to waive during the interaction process.  This was an internal error on our end back in April when the customer called only the permanent ********************** was added but not the temporary plate.  There were a total of $75 in fees, in which $25 were waived when customer called.  We have went ahead and waived the additional $50 fees and credited them to the Expresstoll account. All vehicles should be added prior to driving the road to ensure accurate posting of all transactions to the account and to avoid any unecessary billing.  Customer can reach out to us for further assistance.
