            I purchased a new metal roof from l&j roofing in 2018 and they said it had a 10-year warranty and it is leaking from the swamp cooler area in the kitchen and they won't return my phone calls and totally ignore me they did shoddy work around the swamp cooler I saw it where they had the paper underneath all torn up and it is just ruining my kitchen ceiling every time it rains and they are going back on their warranty I had solar panels installed on the other side of the house and have no problem over there so there's no way it has anything to do with the solar panels and they gave me a verbal warranty and never gave me a paper warranty even though I asked for one but they have also mini stripped out screws they also cut the roof short so it only goes underneath the ridge cap about a half inch in places but they need to fix this leak I paid good money and I'm on a fixed income my wife is disabled and I am 58 years old please help

            A few years ago we had our buildings roofed by this company. We were happy with the job at that time. They seemed competent. Now there is a leakage problem. It is still under warranty, but we have called a few times and been told that they would consult with "the big boss and get someone out there to look at the problem." The last time we called was April 25 when we were told the above again. Of course no one came and nothing was heard from the company at all. There has been no action from the company. We began calling about three months ago. We also sent an e-mail and a note by mail. No action.
