    I signed up with this company August 2022 , they stated everything was a easy process to create website+ marketing . Fast forward to to October at this point they have charged me over $5K and nothing I was promised was completed ! They stated I had to keep paying $2500 a month until it was done . I originally told that the process to create the website and content takes 2-3 weeks and that I was go to start paying the extra fees once the website was completed . This company is a scam ! Do not sign up with this company you will regret it !!

    I hired Madwire in January. For months I didn’t receive anything from them. When I did receive a couple of photo that they found online, none of the photos had anything to do with my business. I sale professional lash extensions and they kept giving me photos of mascara! They also uploaded product description without my knowledge. That were hurtful to my brand. The description were describing strip lashes! Then they turned on ads Without my approval. It took weeks for them to turn them off! I was never told what was being advertised. It’s still a mystery! I tried changing my card on file after the first month and it took them 3 months to do it. After hours of explaining and nothing being resolved. They refused to refund me.

    I am rejecting this response because: marketing 360 is offering an unfair refund. The last month should be refunded because i didn’t use their services. I didn’t receive anything during the other months. You don’t deserve to keep someone’s money when you didn’t provide the servers you promised. My offer was more than generous.

    I signbed up with madwire on Jan 27th paying 2195 a month X 4 = 8780. Which included ad budgets and promotions and social media. From month 1 once i was presented the website i was not happy and i asked to reedit i was denied and changes and told the software does not allow it like simple resizing an image. Then as the sales pitch and silde show i am attaching here on slide 23 24 is exactly what i wanted the budget going onward and to the point i asked and mention repeated specifically to multiple people the single reason i joined this company as i already had a better website and SEO myself. The agent Jake literally ignored my requests and did what he wanted to spend my budget on ... ads i asked correction in strategy and willing to work it out beginning of April as i still was not happy and i dont like the strategy i was told it takes a month and working on it after following up and nothing worked on till end of month i asked term and part ways and i was threatened to pay $2300 upfront, this is on recording. When i questioned the budget spend i was told it it what it it and how they want to strategies it while thats not what the sales pitch was. Also there was inappropriate irrelevant content created. i am attaching the last email i sent out today as i never get a hold of someone proper to talk to hence the lengthy email with complaint. Please let me know if i can provide more info i would hate for something like this to happen to anyone else.

    After two months I only received a website and promises. My second month of services I received nothing. Madwire's response was this attachment. But I never received this service that I am due.
