Its website and Google page state "Our 100% satisfaction guarantee comes with a reputation for high quality work and reliable job completion." According to the BBB Code of Advertising, when using the term guarantee, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details can be seen prior to sale. These details must disclose any material limitations on the guarantee. Advertisers should only use satisfaction guarantee or similar representations in advertising if the seller or manufacturer refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumer's request. The business did not respond to BBB's request that it modify or discontinue its satisfaction guarantee statement if its policy does not include a full refund or add the terms of its guarantee to its advertising.
Connecticut state law requires that every contractor include his/her Home Improvement Contractor's (HIC) Registration number on all advertising in all media, including business documents and signage. The business did not respond to BBB's request that it add this registration number to its advertising to become compliant with Connecticut State Law.
