I got a 2013 vehicle, the guy signed a document stating that it had been inspected by a mechanic, passed emissions and was road ready. An hour after getting it off the lot, the power steering gave out. I had all 5 of my kids with me. We got back to the house I checked the power steering fluid. Bone dry. Filled it up. Next day it was all leaked under the car, brought it to o”Reilly for a computer diagnosis check… lo and behold BOTH catalytic converters are no good. Meanwhile I brought it back to toro, the guy said they would make the repair to the power steering. And that it wouldn’t have passed emissions without the catalytic converter issues… EXACTLY! So you got caught in a lie, signed documents stating it had already passed emissions. How when BOTH catalytic converters are shot!?This vehicle is costing me $10k in financing. And who knows how much in repairs because I cannot for the life of me get a solid answer about my vehicle from toro. Had to miss my oncologist (cancer) appointment today because I have no way of getting there. Thanks toro! Sincerely, cancer ridden mom of 6 who you screwed over with no lube!Review from Pearl M

Do absolutely not buy anything at all from this place. They are horrible rude people and I had to replace a MOTOR 2 days after driving off lot. They gave no assistance or advice the warranty I purchased through them was voided due to tampered bolts. Absolute horrible experience would never ever go there again.Review from Charlie H.

Warning!!!!! Do not I repeat Do not buy any vehicles from this place , I put a 4,000 dollar down payment on a **** ***** *** November 09th , I was told too give them a few days to take it to their mechanic , About a week and a half later after calling every other day they finally let me come pick the vehicle up November 22nd , I drove off the lot that night got home and parked the truck , The next day I jumped in the truck drove home about 400 miles, while running some small errands at home during a 30 min drive. Bam-boom car stops on the thruway left lane, I ended up having to pay an extremely high tow bill $357, Then when I get it to a shop , my mechanic says the oil pump burst and it caused the engine to siege. I’ve called the warranty office and dealership for the last few weeks trying to make a claim but I guess the warranty office doesn’t want to honor the warranty because I haven’t driven the vehicle 1000 miles. So I paid $4000 and now am expected to pay $6000 for an engine and labor plus my monthly payment. Now I have to take a hit to my credit score because I’m not paying for a vehicle I can’t even drive to and from work . At this point take your vehicle back and give me my money!!!!!Review from John L

Yaz always answered his phone and got things done quickly so I could get my new car on the road. I wasn’t pressured at all. I had a friend who knows his stuff look over the car for any issues. While I was there, we saw some minor dings and quirks to the truck, it is a 2012 and it’s to be expected with used vehicles, but the price was pretty good and lower than most places. It was a pretty easy process. Yaz doesn’t BS or try to sell you. Very laid back. It was good experience, especially in this high demand car market.Review from Angel T

I had a great experience at Toro, the cars are in great shape and great prices. The sales rep is awesome he had me approved with in a hour and I drove off the lot with a 20111 BWM coupe.Review from randy h

Bought a **** ********** less than a week later the check engine light came on and started flashing as of now I have put 1300.00 into it and still can't drive it called them and they told me it was as is so I have this 10,000.00 lawn Ornament in my front yard don't buy from these crooksCustomer Response

Update to last post the **** ********** is Currently at a **** dealership getting worked on because no mechanic knows what is wrong with it and Toro sayed they can't help me.Customer Response

READ!!!!! Do not buy a car from these people after buying a car from here 3 days after getting it home the check engine light came on they told me that there Mechanics charge a 130 an hourly would not help me. It has been in the shop more than I have driven it after spending more than $3000 on parts and labor I finally have a running vehicle. If you feel like you are getting a deal you are Not you will end up paying more on the things that go wrong with the cars they sell BUYERS BEWARE
