    I placed a order on September 2, 2022 for 1 Premio Bluetooth speaker for a total of 56.98. I never received the order, confirmation 167766. I reached out to them several times, kept getting a reply that the order was a supply issue and then a error in overselling the item, but assured me it would be shipped within 2 weeks. After several attempts I finally cancelled the order. I got a lot of static from them, wanting to give me a free speaker if I waited, but since I already purchased what I needed elsewhere, wanted to cancel. I have confirmation the order was cancelled , request #***** on October 21, 2022. I have not heard anything back from them since that date and all attempts to contact them have been ignored. I have not been credited for this refund and a very upset.

    I ordered a blue tooth speaker on 9/22/22 and have not received item. Paul I***** with Price Daily emailed me on 10/01/22 stating item should arrive in 2-3 weeks and offered an additional 15% discount. After numerous emails to Price Daily customer support the replies, I receive state my request has been received and is being reviewed by support staff. On 1/8/23 I went to Price Daily website and clicked on contact and sent email to support@pricedaily.com and email was returned unable to go through. I don't want item anymore as it was for a Christmas gift so I want my money back.

    This company does not delivery purchased goods and services on a widespread basis. I ordered a ********* speaker for 56.98 on Sept 20, 2022 and also added expedited 3 day shipping. The item never showed but the charge did show up. The business was contacted at least 8 times via email starting on October 10 through December 6 requesting a refund that was not honored after business saying it would be. The business phone line does not work. The BBB gives them an F and I could not agree more. I hope other potential customers can avoid these scammers and hassle of trying to get a refund for products never received.

    Ordered a ****** **** ********* Speaker (Black) on October 19, 2022, my account was immediately charged, and I received an email saying my order was being processed and would ship shortly. After not receiving it, I tried to call but learned you could only correspond with them via email. I have sent numerous emails and within seconds receives the same patent answer that someone is looking into the issue and will respond; however, I have never received any response or the order. I have requested a full refund but still not answer from this company. I did not receive a tracking number because the item did not ship. I feel this company should be required to either ship the order or refund all the customers they have scammed.

    I ordered 2 Bluetooth speakers on Oct 22 with expedited shipping 3-5 days. As of November 5th they were never shipped. I contacted them I gave them a choice to ship the items today or issue a refund. They said they will issue the refund which will take between 5-10 days. After 10 days no refund. I contacted them again and no response. I charged it back on my credit card. No items have ever been received and. I refund processed on their end.

    i purchased a speaker on 9/11/22 from their facebook account. I never received an email on my order but my credit card was charged. I never received the speaker. Their customer service phone number goes to voice mail saying they no longer communicate by phone but by email but they do not respond to the email.

    I purchased a dog toy from this website on 9/12/2022. I was immediately charged $23.98. I never received shipping information so I emailed the business as per their instructions for order inquiries. Still have received no response and no package. The “order number” is ******.

    We ordered on 10-16-22 online from Price Daily a package bundle of 5 wireless speakers that were supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days Order number ******. They promptly charged us the $156.96 to our Debit gift card but we have NOT received the products. We tried to call the support number from the purchase **************, but it says all support has been moved to email only. We emailed and have a receipt ticket with support of #*****, but haven't received a response. We would like our money back since the products have not been delivered but they took our payment. We called ******* Debit Card and were told they cannot file a dispute because the transaction was made online, and that it is the merchants responsibility to provide the product or refund the purchase. They gave us a different phone number for ************* of **************, but when we called learned it is a ***** ******** ****** Card support number and not related to Price Daily in any way.

    Update on status...  we received the ordered items on December 17th, 2022.   It was not in the delivery window of 3-5 days paid for, but at least we received the items about 2 months after the order was placed.  No other communication or response from company received to the multiple contact attempts.  Slow deliver and poor customer service, but they did ship the paid for items late.
