Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchase it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
*Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.*
First, you let us know within the period of 30 calendar days that you wish to cancel the purchase in writing, stating your order number at info@aspektojewelry.com.
Second, return the goods, unused, not damaged and in the original packaging and accompanied by the original labels. Together with the completed return form that we send you with the package to:

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
The costs depend on the shipping method you choose.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our current production time is 1-3 business days. Please note shipping times are in addition to production time.
Gift Package
All orders come in a cute little package ready for gifting. If you would like us to send the jewelry directly to the recipient, all you need to do is to put down the recipient address as the shipping address (instead of your own address), and let us know what message you want us to include on the thank you card. - Business Categories
