This has to do with ALL Subway restaurants. You have raised your prices while decreasing the quantity of protein. Not even one 'normal' slice of beef in the roast beef sandwich (more like 1/2 piece)! Basically, I had a spinach, green pepper, cucumber and 'normal' slice of cheese sandwich for $7.99! I used to frequent your restaurants but friends told me about the shortage of protein so decided to check for myself. Cannot believe that a restaurant that used to have filling foods is now leaving me with a growling tummy after only 15 min!Review from Bethany W.

I was immediately texted by a staff member saying they were out of an ingredient for my online order and if I wanted another sandwich. I said "no thanks" and expected the order to be canceled. When it posted to my credit card the next day, I had to call the restaurant five times before someone answered. She said that she was aware my order had been canceled, and that I would get a refund. A week later on I had not received a refund, and had to call THIRTY-THREE TIMES before someone answered. I think it was the same woman from before. She said that she had submitted my request to the owner once before, and that she would do it again. A week later, I still have not received my refund. This is not the first time this has happened with Subway.Review from Patricia H

Sicking!! In Cromwell Ct... you want spinach on your sub,,,, the guy counted out 3 pieces!! Tuna isn't tuna!! An he wanted a tip!!! Ha!! Changed hands so many times!!! Why is cheese in triangles??? 4 triangles = 1 slice!! An they put 2 ,,, getting more aggravating!!! I won't go back!! CEO SHOULD spot check these franchises!!!! ! *****Review from Chase W

Failure @ the store level to honor National AD coupons, failure @ the corporate level to adequately respond to and make whole once complaint was filed.
