The tire store ***** which has replaced Action is not quoting actual price for service (tire purchase). On 8/22/2024 I called store to get OTD price on ******** ********************* tires (2). 275/65r18 the price I was given was ****** total. I went there this morning to ensure that they ordered correct tires. The did and had them there so they installed them prior to my appointment on 8/22/2024@9:00.I agreed to installation of new tires. The problem started upon completion of install. The price quoted was not the same as their charge of ****** - ***** deposit bringing total to ******. Plus, they charged me for tire recycling fee of 7.00, but I have the old tires per my request. One of the old tires was damaged beyond and use. I called and spoke to Tai 8/20/2024@ 10:08 and requested a credit of ***** be put back on my credit card. He insisted I would have to return to store to accomplish this. Thus, my complaint. The receipt that i have does not even reflect correct vehicle information. It's for 2006 Dakota, I have a 2022 Ram 1500. Need help if possible to have two things one a refund of ***** and two warning to all future buyers of this company's shady tactics. Total charge should have been ******. It was ****** of which ***** deposit was deducted and a 7.00 charge for tire recycling which did not happen since I have old tires.****** - ***** ****** - 7.00 ****** ****** -****** *****

We ordered an engine for a 2014 **** F150 through ***** Tire who got it from Advance Auto, who got it from a 3rd party. Who required we replaced appx $3000.00 in new parts to the engine. Still proving the engine was bad. After settling an almost $14000.00 invoice with *****, being told that will then set the warranty into effect, backfired when the engine company retracked the warranty. That engine was sent back and a new engine from **** was put in. Which came with all those parts we paid to replace. ***** then returned all of those parts to Advance Auto. However ***** has not returned the money to us. Instead quoting unforseen expenses. We paid for all of those parts, and they are not refunding the money to us. After taking over 7 months to finally put a working engine into our truck, many more issues have occurred due to lack of a running engine. We need them to be accountable for these issues. It wasn't our fault they made under the table deals, and short cuts to cut corners, which took them 7 months to complete the engine swap. Meanwhile we were out of a running vehicle. And still have a malfunctioning truck.

So my rear passenger tire started leaking air february 13, 2024. So i kept filling it up until my appointment with this company. I had an appointment for february 20, 2024 which i had them replace my tire. A few days later my tire was still leaking so i was planning on taking it back to them. While i was on the highway my tire had popped and i had to tow it back to the shop march 5, 2024. They then told me i had a crack in my rim and was ok to drive on to my house after they had charged me for a new tire to be put on a cracked rim in which i had already had a tire pop on me on that same rim. So they charged me another $327 for a new tire in which case they new was unsafe with the rim but had chose to let me drive it home instead of keeping it at the shop and ordering a new rim putting my life in danger because who couldve known what mightve happened on that drive home.

I initially brought my car for a wheel alignment since the mechanic that was suppose to work on my jeep did not have the machine to do it. Action gators on 14373 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL 32832 told me that if I did the alignment and then take it to my mechanic to fix my issue that I would have to go back for an alignment. So I asked them if they were able to fix the issue which was the ball joints. They said yes to bring in my car the next day so I did. On 7/2/23 I left my car and they told me that it would be ready by Monday. After not hearing from them I called and they said the parts were not in and that they were going to be closed on 7/4. I was very patient with them and even had to miss work due to not having a car. On 7/5 they tell me they are unable to remove the ball joints and that I may have to buy a whole new axle. I said absolutely not! If they can not get it done then put everything back how you found it and I will take it to the professionals. They told me I had to wait another day because they needed some type of heat machine in order to remove them. The next day a miracle must of happened that they then called me and said they were able to take the ball joints off and my car would be ready on 7/6 by 6 pm. Well that was not true. I waited to 7pm and when I showed up my car was not even ready. The mechanic said he was going to drive it around to make sure that everything was working fine. So he gets back in and tells me that the tire pressure light was not turning off but that I can bring it back the next day so he can put the machine on it to see why this was happening. So I FINALLY take my car home which was no more than 5 minutes away. There is no way on earth that this “mechanic” could not hear the horrendous NEW sounds that my car was now making. It was like two metal plates grinding. I called as soon as I got home and told them about this now NEW issue and about the light never turning off on my way back. I swear on everything it’s like they were expecting my call. They said to bring it back the next day. I had my son take it back and then get a call of them telling me they fixed the noise that THEY created but that now I had a tire sensor issue that was not their fault. Excuse me? You had my car for 5 DAYS! It certainly wasn’t my fault. Then he informed me hoe they messed up my ABS but that they replaced it. WHY WAS THIS NOT TOLD TO ME WHEN IT HAPPENED!?! They only told me now to try to cover up for the other issues! The “mechanic” himself told me to my face that there was now a light turning on for the tire pressure and to bring it back the next day! So I called corporate and explained my self to them and I actually thought they cared and they said they will resolve my issue and he will have a higher up call me. This is on 7/7. No one has called me not from the center on Narcoossee nor management! I called to see what was the status on my car and they are CLOSED! They decided to stay with my car another night and did not even inform me so I can make arrangements. The amount of money that I have spent on Ubers, delivery for food and just this whole frustration is insane to me. I don’t understand how this business is still running. These people are inconsiderate and irresponsible! Trust all of these reviews that have them rated as an “F”!

On 2/14/23 I took my car to Action Gator Tire (11685 Silverlake Park Dr, Windermere, FL 34786). I had a noon appointment to get the rear driver tire replaced. When I dropped off my car, all was working well except for the tire. I walked to a nearby restaurant to get lunch while I waited for the car. An hour and a half later, I received a call that the car was ready. When I arrived, while I was waiting for the paperwork and to pay, the young man who worked on my tire asked me if the window motor always made that sound. I didn't know what he was referring to and just said it was an old car. I had never heard any strange sounds. I got to the car and started it and I immediately heard the loud, grinding sound that came from the door. I went back in to ask about it. John, the manager, came out to look at the car and found it was the driver's side rear view mirror making the sound. After a few mins of discussion, he said he would look at the video footage to see if anyone from his team had touched the rear view mirror. It's important to note that John was not present when the young man asked me about the window motor. I called John back on 2/16 and he said he reviewed the video on 2/15 (his day off) and he spent a few hours reviewing it. All he saw was his guys looking at the mirror to find the sound, nothing else. Remember that the young man told me the sound was coming from the window motor, not the rear view mirror. I asked John if I could come see the video and he said yes. I called on 2/18 and asked if I could come in at 1 to watch, John said they might be busy, but yes. Then he called back around noon to say the video was no longer working and IT was working on it - he said he'd call me back when fixed. He never called back. At this point, I'd like them to pay for the repair of the mirror, which will be on 2/24. John promised I could see the video to confirm what he found but then that did not happen. All I know is my car was fine when I dropped it off.

Date of service 11/4/2022. Service provider, Action Gator Tire **************************************************************************, ************. Service received, R&R four ignition coil's, four spark plugs and an alternator. The service provider ordered parts from Action Auto Parts located next door to Gator Tire. On an average, parts costs were $381.54, my charged for parts was $1,45.94, a 400% profit to Gator. The mechanic broke my windshield Gator called me asking me to cover that cost to my insurance, that's insurance fraud. I refused. I had to return to Gator to have Safelight replace the windshield at their cost two days later. I had to leave the car for half a day. I talked to the manager, ***** without success. He would not alter my bill. I want others to know what kind of business they operate. Thanks

Today one of the four coils Gator Tire installed, failed. ************ center replaced that coil. Continuation of poor service Gator Tire provides. No reply from Gator Tire's home office after a BBB complaint. Guilty as charged.

I took my car in for service and the service center cracked my touch screen. I called them immediately to let them know and they asked me to bring it in. I did, and they REFUSED to take responsibility for it. Now a $800 bill and work will end up costing me many thousands as this is not a cheap fix! I am VERY disappointed. The service manager mentioned he would check with corporate to see if there was anything caught on camera and I never heard back. Absolutely horrible that company would do this to a customer car and refuse to take responsibility and have it fixed. There is now condensation getting in behind it and the cracks have gotten larger! This was NOT like this when brought into the shop. In fact, the service manager, Tuli, called me about every little thing and would have for sure mentioned this when he first took the car into the bay. He even called me to let me know the stick to holder up the hood was missing. This for sure would have been noticed and mentioned immediately prior to even doing work.

I took my truck to Action Gator Tires for repairs on 05 Aug. 2022. I asked for a fuel filter replacement and a fuel inj. cleaning because my car was running slow. They did these repairs, they then called me and told me it needed that it had needed more repairs (which they did without my autorization) such as spark plugs, cap and rotor. The guy calls me and tells me the truck runs great and the bill was over a thousand dollars. Yes, I still have the reciept. I reluctantly paid because I wanted my truck back and running good. The truck runs much worse now than when I first took it to them. They are in the wrong. I consider myself a faily reasonable person. The did the work that I asked them to do, but the talked me into doing more, and then did even more work without my authoriztion. Bottom line, I gave them over a thousand dollars for repairs that did not work, and a truck that runs worse. I would like my money returned but I will settle for half. I think that's more than fair.

So at first I thought Action Gator Tire was to blame for my 2012 Grand Cherokee Jeep that had engine problems (however Jeep didn't install the engine correctly). The reason why I thought it was on Gator Tire was because they saw the car last for an oil change. But now I am looking at Gator Tire for my husband's car. We trusted in Action Gator Tire on Narcoossee. We were moving to Virginia so number 1 we wanted to make sure we could do the drive. Number 2, the light system was being weird, when you put the dash on the high beam it wouldn't go on high beam, but when you put the dash on the light icon it would go on the high beam. Well that isn't fixed, I have pictures as I drove it last night. Also, when we go over bumps it makes like a giggle noise. They told us it was the tire bolts, we fixed that and it still makes the noise. I feel like I paid for 2 things that they didn't fix, bad repairs. I would like both of the money back. Thanks!
