In February I took my Four ******* to rockstar power sports because it wasnt cranking. I was told it looked like mud had gotten in the motor and I had to pay $500 for them to break the motor down to see whats going on. I paid the deposit and called back in about two days they said the motor was blowed so I asked how much it cost to rebuild it I was told $3200 but they wanted me to come check it out before they took a payment so I go look at it in April and take the Deposit with me so they can start get there look at it and was told the price of $3200 was just the parts not labor. So I ask whats the overall price to fix it he give me a price of $5200. so on May 1st I pay the deposit of $2900 for them to start on it at this time the whole staff I started the process with had changed its knew people there. So **** come I call talk to **** he tells me they waiting on two parts one will be in the 14th and the other the 18th of **** so I call back a week after I was told we trying to find a day to get it in the shop and said July 3rd we can get it in there. Call back two weeks after that he tells me it one of those jobs where when we get free time we jump on it. Im like what I already paid for yall to start on this. He said Im going to put it in to see if we can speed the process up give me like two more weeks (**** tell me that) ok so I give him two more weeks I call he tells me they had to order so barring and once they get that the can put it together I said ok and I ask him why yall dont call me and tell me that yall needs to buy more parts because Im thinking I just owe them $2300 for the remaining balance but they charged me for the barrings and a gasket which took the price to $2590. Smh but I was told yesterday Aug 23rd they still waiting on barrings I was told that two weeks ago I feel like they just pushing me to the side and not trying to get the job done.

My utility vehicle was scheduled to be picked up and serviced on December 9th 2022, for a 4 hour service which included the installation of the my roof that had been on back order as well and the first service of the vehicle after reaching the hours. They never dropped my vehicle back off nor called me. I had to call them Tuesday morning December 13th when they opened back up and ask where my vehicle was. They stated it fell through the cracks, but would be returned to me with the roof and service done. I was charged $400 for the first service which ***** the service manager assured me was done. When my vehicle was dropped off to me, I got no paper work, and noticed my coolant was at the Low line. I called ***** immediately asking how that could been since it was just serviced? I requested it out back on the trailer and brought back to the shop. I went into the store and spoke with the store manager a dark haired rude women, and she walked me back to the service department where ***** was. When I asked again why my coolant was low he stated the technician didnt know to check in, and I just started Saturday, so inspections werent done I responded my vehicle was still here Saturday so why wasnt an inspection done then? He had no answer. The didnt offer a refund or even partial refund or make me feel any better about the situation. They claim they will do an inspection for my warranty and provide me with paperwork. This company is very sketchy and fraudulent to their customers.
