Ive had terrible experiences here and so have many that I know. My friends take their bikes in to get their warranty work done and its never actually done. They dont change the fluids. They dont adjust the valves. They did not seal the belt box properly when they actually replaced the belt. Compared to other dealers or just ordering online, which is faster than ordering through them, they are priced gougers. Youre better off ordering the parts online actually having a good return policy and it will come in less time without a dealer Mark up. The service and parts department is incredibly Incompetent. We have order parts from them, and it was the wrong part drove all the way to the store exchange it, and they gave us the wrong part again. Its all too often that they mess up. Ive given them too many chances and Ive just had it.

Very typical of them not to accept the blame and own up to their mistakes. Run by a bunch of immature people, all they needed to do was apologize for their multiple mistakes but they are the rudest people you’ll ever meetReview from Nicole B

They fired the only one that knows what to do at service center and a girl took his spot and doesnt know how to drive the vehicles and is already quitting. They let the old manger drink on the job twisted teas. These customers dont know what happened to behind closed doors. Its scary what they do and illegal. And the manger is pocketing money pretty sure.Review from Mae S

Do your due diligence! We spoke with 5 dealers about the exact same ski (GTI 170) and trailer and the prices were all over the place. We went with Rockstar Powersports out of Brooksville. They not only gave us a great price but it was all around a great buying experience. Highly recommend *************** go see them if you are looking to purchase a brand new ski.Review from Ken M

They've had my Spyder for about 2 weeks. They loaded it up under the pretense that they wanted to buy it from me. Then, they tried to shake me down for very inflated prices on a ton of repairs the trike does not need. It needed a brake bleed and reset. The last time they've spoken to me was 10 days ago. I get nothing but lies and insults from anyone I speak to there except for the receptionist. She's nice. LOL
