    I typed, "****** Medical Plans" into ******. The first response was a link with "******" in the name. I clicked on the site and the home page showed an advertisement for ******. I initially believed I was on a ****** Permanente website (Misleading business practices). I entered my telephone number and other information before realizing I was not on a ****** website. I then began receiving phone calls - up to 30 in the last four hours. The numbers are from all over the **. I asked one caller to remove me from the call list, and she said she was a broker and could remove me from her call list, but my information had likely been shared across the nation. The actual website contains small print - "Health Market Advisor" and is provided by "Digital Media Solutions, LLC". The business practices are predatory and misleading. The result is a massive number of phone calls from medical insurance brokers. I am on the *** "Do Not Call List", but that doesn't seem to matter.

    I was searching for health insurance quotes. And came across their web site. I am being attacked now with hundreds of calls with automatic generated phone numbers . I requested on their website do not sell my personal information and opted out of phone calls and emails . And I still keep receiving massive amount of calls. I ask to be left alone and remove my information from your marketing list.

    Starting 27Jul24, I have received 115 calls roughly every 3-5 minutes from randomly generated numbers stating they from Health Market Advisor part of Digital Media Solutions. I have told multiple representatives:1) I am not interested in their product.2) I did not register to receive any product they are offering, and to remove me from their call list.I have filed a complaint with the *** as my number is registered with the National Do Not Call List. My goal is for the company to remove my information and cease the constant calls.

    I made the mistake of putting my number on an online form to get a quote from healthmarketadvisor.com which is run by this company. Even after using their online form to erase my data, calling them and emailing the email addresses they provided here I am still getting spam calls. I have received more than 50 calls in the past couple of days and I am seriously considering legal action. I am currently looking for a job and cannot afford to hang up on numbers that I do not recognize.

    I was looking for information for ********** Blue Shield and didnt realize until it was too late that I was entering my personal information of name, phone number, home address, and email address into a site (blue-cross.healthmarketadvisor.com) that on their site provided by Digital Media Solutions LLC. As soon as I had closed the menu, unfortunately after hitting submit. Seconds later I was bombarded with phone calls from solicitors literally 3 seconds apart from one another and havent had piece of mind since as soon as it began at 12 pm when I told a few people that I am uninterested in any quote on healthcare from them. It is now 7pm and the calls have been relentless. I tried to opt out and contact someone but was unable to contact anyone from either company aside from a chatbot telling me to check my email, and no email has arrived. I did not knowingly consent to having my phone number spammed like this and I am here seeking the BBB in helping me hopefully resolve this problem. I want all of my information removed from this company and all companies involved that are calling my phone. I am very agitated as this feels not only deceptive but also extremely inconvenient, and emotionally abusive business practice as it feels like harassment. I am registered on the us/gov do not call list and Id rather not want to escalate the matter, but may contact ****** about my experience with this situation with this ad placed before real search results for ********** blue shield. Please resolve so I can have peace of mind as this whole experience has caused massive undue stress upon me.

    I receive multiple spam emails each week connected to "Defense Gutters". Every email has a different "from" address and a different domain name, so they cannot be effectively blocked. Links in the email trace to Digital Media Solutions. I would like my email address removed globally from all DMS connected lists. The email address I want removed appears in the information I was required to enter to file this complaint.

    I was on my phone checking my Kaiser rates for a plan upgrade and mistakenly thought I was on the Kaiser website while I was actually on kaiser.healthmarketadvisor.com. So I entered my information and the moment I submitted everything I knew I made a mistake. 1 minute later at 11:11am calls started pouring in. I apologized to the first 5 people who called saying I'm not looking for coverage and I thought I was on Kaiser's site, calls still kept coming. It is now 11:58am and I got 28 calls and 2 text messages in total. Don't they have like a CRM system to check who they called??? Calls are still coming in as I'm typing this complaint. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

    Healthmarketadvisor.com used domain phishing and led me to believe I was entering my contact information to get insurance education/quotes from Aflac (*************************************). Instead, they instantly sold my data to telemarketers who wont stop calling. I have received over 30 calls in the last 6 hours since entering my data. Digital Media Solutions is the company referenced in the page footer, which also has a broken link to the privacy policy. I want my personal information to be immediately deleted from their database and from the people they sold it to.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The correct business practice here is not only to remove my information from the telemarketers you sold it to, but to stop the business practice of web phishing (by using a domain with Aflac in it), and not disclosing with users that the data they are entering will be sold to telemarketers. I have screenshots where you can see your site collected my data under the pretense that a quote or plan information would be provided at the end.
