I signed up and spent thousands with Post Card Mania. I received zero return on that investment and have told them multiple times awhile ago I did not wish to do any further mailings. I received an unathorized charge to my bank account from them today 7/6/24 for $750. I want my unauthorized payment returned immediately. Terrible experience with this company.Review from Amanda O

This is a review that is very hard to write. Im very upset about all the different offers and moons and stars this company has made us and we fought so hard to bring in revenue. From trying in 2023 til now in 2024 we have wasted well over 30k between postcards and postage. Give or take some. I was promised if we invested in a mailing with over 7k post cards going out we were going to see traction. We had support team look at the design and approve. *** sent over 50k post cards out supposedly over the past year and half. Our return mail with over thousands coming back to us and still tried. This company will take and bleed you dry. Put the big $ into something better because this is not it. This is hard earned $ thrown away. Not ONE SINGLE return on investment. I can count on one hand the number of calls we have received. This is beyond awful. Save your money guys invest in something better.Review from Planet S

Very sketchy company. I specifically told the sales rep not to send the postcards out during the holiday. They just sent them out. And they pulled up my initial request form showing mailing asap. They keep saying they cannot find the communication between my sales rep and me. The ** doesnt want to get on a call. Huge waste of time. Ive been dealing with the same issue for 5 months now.Review from J. C.

my account was NOT closed due to my 'offensive comments' which were basically comments stating how shoddy the work was on the design I paid for. You then offered me a refund BECAUSE I was unhappy. Do not try to act like you were a victim. I was the victim of horrible communication, a design for a postcard that was 4 days late and would have been later had I not inquired, and lastly a postcard design that was so bad that it was laughable. To insinuate that I was to blame in any way is simply gaslighting.Review from Phoenix G

I first spoke to postcardmania in late 2023. The sales lady was very high pressure sales. When I said I was simply wanting information, she told me the rates would change if I didn't sign-up then. I said, oh well, I'm not ready to commit. 1st red flag.I was then bombarded with emails, texts, and calls to close me. 2nd red flag.I decided to invest in 3 mths of mailings, 1500 postcards per. Btw: Though I never needed to advertise my ***********************, I had marketed my books for over 20 yrs. I knew marketing, costs, ROI, etc. I knew what to expect.After my first mailing, I was already concerned, because I received nothing. Not one call or email out of 1500. 3rd red flag.I asked one of my clients who was in the zip code, age, income, and gender parameters of my mailing list if she received my postcard. No, she did not. Neither did her two female neighbors. I expressed my concerns to my rep at the company. She couldn't explain. 4th red flag.After the 2nd mailing, and again, with NO responses whatsoever, I asked my rep to CANCEL my agreement. Something was not right. She told me it was best to run five mths or even more. What?! This was not what they told me when I signed on! Typical marketing BS! 5th red flag.This morning, I decided to check the BBB. This is when I realized I am NOT the only with the exact same concerns! So many other business owners are complaining about the same thing: absolutely no return on their investment. No calls. No emails. 6th and final red flag.NOTE: I had asked for samples of my postcards. First, my rep declined me. Why? I told her that was odd, considering the money I had spent. She then agreed to mail me some samples. It's nearly 6 weeks later, and no samples. Another huge red flag.Based on the aforementioned, I will be seeking a full refund with my credit card company. Nothing, but a waste of my time and money. Something is very wrong here. PART TWO:After I expressed my numerous concerns, PostcardMania suddenly claimed I had to invest in at least 3-5 months, before I saw any response. That, however, is NOT what their high-pressure sales people told me. They assured me 3 months, with ***** postcards per month, would produce "an impressive return!" They also refused to cancel my acct. I was livid. When I asked to view my mailing list, their rep told me she had to "look into it". Excuse me? She then told me they had to be careful who they sent mailing lists to, considering "all that was going on in the supreme court." What?!? She finally sent me a file, but I couldn't even open it.I asked for my list once again. This same **** ****** said they had to "SCRUB MY LIST" before they sent it. Oh, the games were never-ending! Their excuses were insulting and absurd! After $***** spent, ***** postcards mailed, and over 60 days without a single response, I quit! I filed my complaints with my c/c. I am disputing every $ spent with this scam of a company. Please, do NOT give them your money. It is a shameful marketing scam. For the record: I am not the only with the same complaints. Very attentive people to speak to. They always return calls promptly. Very professional design.The process is horrible. Numerous delays in getting the design finished. I was told mailing date of March 8. Then March 11. Then March 12. Today is the 14th. Nothing has been mailed yet.PostcardMania Response

PostcardMania's customer success team is awesome, so I am giving the company 5 stars, even though their sales personnel and tactics earned negative marks in my opinion. Dyanni from the Postcard Mania success team was a delight. She was professional and did a great job ensuring that I maximized my company's new direct mail campaign. If you can get past the ridiculous and antiquated attempts at creating urgency... You'll be delighted with the implementation team.PostcardMania Response
