Kale came to my house to provide a free roof inspection. He identified damage from a hailstorm and assured us he would assist with the claims process. Initially, he was available and communicative during the claims process. However, once the roofing company decided to cover only the hail-damaged sections instead of the entire roof, Kale became unresponsive.Despite multiple attempts to contact him for an estimate on the originally assessed damage, I have received no response. This lack of follow-through not only reflects poorly on **** but also suggests that the company prioritizes full-roof replacements over genuinely serving their customers' ********'s disappointing to experience such unprofessional behavior, and now I must start the process over with another company. This is not the standard of service one should expect from a reputable roofing company.Noland's Roofing Response

We called Nolands out about a year ago due to a leak that the manager stated was from the roof and he spent about an hour sealing as we are still under warranty . Now a year later it is a major leak with damage to drywall and the wall.. We reached out to Nolands 9/11 and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out. The appointment came and went and nobody showed. We called the office and were told the production team will reach out. In an email from ****** we were given a new appointment. Again, that day came and went and no show Nolands strung us along again. I called and after some back and forth and not a single apology we had another appointment. **** came out and blames it on the flushing which is above the leak and the rain would have to go up and under to get in it. We have his video. Next they sent a manager, ***** and he said he will give me an estimate. Im still waiting for the estimate.Its been nearly a month and the leak just keeps going and Nolands is not feeling any urgency. We had a company out that confirmed it is the roof and roofers not having properly done the part where the roof meets the flushing. Save yourself a headache and pick another roofer. The warranty is useless if you cant get them to admit to anything or get them out to fix anything.Noland's Roofing Response

Good morning, The $8,000.00 that was paid by personal checks from the homeowner was indeed all insurance funds that were due for the work performed according to their ****************** We did not accept any payment above and beyond the scope of work. We are angry and very disappointed with a response given to ** after spending approximately $10, 120,00 on a roof replacement thereabout November 2019. We reported extensive roof and ceiling damage in ******* which occurred the latter part of December 2023. Someone from ****** came out to investigate the complaint. He stated he had located the problem and would report it to the production department. After not hearing from them after a week or so, I called them asking for a status. We were told that someone from the production department said to inform us: because we didn't call them first and covered our roof with our tarp, we invalidated the warranty. I said: are you saying we were supposed to let it rain in our house and not prevent any further damage? I stated that the ceiling in the room is saging and about to fall in. So we were not supposed to cover it? The person said, because you didn't call us and covered it yourselves, the warranty does not apply. Nolands is a terrible company that should be called NoOnes roofing. After saying they would handle the insurance company and lawsuit with Hale Hale and Jacobson who is another bunch of loosers, I had to be the one calling them for 4 1/2 years to get a status only to be told the lawyer would call me which he never did. After years of engineers and lawyers showing up at the house no word from them. Until one day I called and they said my case had been dismissed because the weather event could not be proved. I never got any calls back from upper management about it and they showed no interest in me when it came to other options. Matt was supposed to fund out what happened and call me back which he never did. That's why they should be called NoOnes roofing!
UPDATE:
Destiny from the home office contacted me to try and resolve the issue. She was very professional and Matt who is very helpful was out in a few days for a new inspection and a new claim was filed which was approved in a single day by my current carrier. Thanks to Destiny and Matt for getting this taken care of!!!”
UPDATE:Noland's did an exceptional job on installing our new Landmark Pro roof. The crew arrived early and completed the entire job in one day. They were very meticulous in their work and craftmanship. Zuri, the project manager, kept up informed and updated on the progress and quickly answered any questions we had. It was definitely a 5 Star job!

We found out about the dismissal on 4/28/23 and spoke with you on that day to make sure that you were aware of what was going on. Unfortunately, sometimes in these circumstances, every case can not be won, and we never guarantee anything. The insurance company in this instance just did not give up. Noland's Roofing did a great job with our new roof! Bruce was extremely helpful from to start to finish. The crew that came out worked hard and efficiently. The project manager was always available to answer our questions. Excellent job!! Metal roof post Ian put up. BEAUTIFUL! Looks like a tile roof. Gutters just completed & well done by company they hired. They went out of their way to answer the many questions & concerns we had & even coordinated with out solar company that had to remove & re-install the panels. Great experience with Noland's Roofing. Bruce was very knowledgeable and helped educate me on the best options for a new roof and gutters. Everything was done exactly when scheduled. The roofing crew showed respect for my property and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. Bruce came back after the job was finished to inspect and make sure we were happy. He even ran the magnet around the house again to make sure no nails were left behind. I would highly recommend Noland's Roofing and Bruce *******.Review from Henry S

Noland's roofing caused approximately $500 of damage to our house during the roofing process. We showed them photos of the damage, and at that point, they stopped all communications. Would never recommend this company to others.Noland's Roofing Response

The photos that were provided by Noland's do not show that preexisting condition is anywhere near the amount of
damage that the exterior garage trim sustained, which is why the review was written as is.
