The Mobile Home Pad was being finished and you and your park manger did not let us finish because you decided that the material was incorrect.  After many days of delay we found that the park manager erroneously sent information that Sarasosota Inspectors had no idea where he got it from.  After contacting the pit and showing you proof that the material was correct you allowed the mobile home to be placed on the pad.  The home was set up and you got your ** you have not paid your balance and have been living in your home.  The lien has been placed and you can continue with our attorney.  We seek to get paid for the home you are living in.  You even stiffed the electrician.  You are shameful

Contractor was Paid in Full and now said she does not have the money to finish the job !

    Business response

    12/16/2024

    Mr. *****

You asked me to sign an AC contract for 7k.  Our invoice amount was $5015.  I have been refunding you slowly, but have been sending you monies weekly to return the $5015. After this weeks check is received, I will owe you less than 1k.

Last week on, week of 12/12/2024 you cancelled the job for the skirting and the stairs.  The stairs you decided to do differently.  Everything else has been done.  We never stated we couldnt finish the job.

You stated that the pad had to be repaired.  After the ** reviewed your email with the pictures he asked that a load of base rock be delivered to your property so they could address the issues.  The base rock was delivered on 12/13/2024 and will be there before 12/20 to fix the issues.
