Awful experience. New mobile home install. Received all money up front from **************** (construction loan). *** said if job not complete within 90 days, they were not doing their job (it took more than 9 months for so called completion and still waiting on permanent stairs promised via text message by CEO after building/rebuilding 3 times). Nobody came onsite ahead of install. Therefore, they buried properly marked septic/sewer connection, missed a tree and electrical meter that needed to be removed prior to fitting home on lot (extra cost). Water line from home to meter laid at ground level and had to be redone. Had their plumbers install skirting and had to completely redo. Back stairs initially floating above ground and not anchored. Electric was ready for hookup with FPL until we were told they had not run cable from transformer to home. Cost us an additional $950 (half) to have local electrician run. Two local electricians said this should have been included, not extra (OSO said this was county specific but locals said no). Trim work not completed still. Did have to pay extra for some trim that was ruined and they would not pay for even though factory had pictures proving it was). We had to pay extra to replace a dead disconnect box because they did not pay local electrician for the work. Multiple no call/no show for work. Yard torn up. Not regraded as promised by ***. Cost us our qualified **** reimbursement for moving and storage due to delay of completion. They no longer respond to our texts. We would give them a minus star rating if we could.

Part of the completion is FPL which we have no control of their schedule.  They insisted that the electrician that set the post and box had to be on site for them to complete.  They scheduled and rescheduled and then on the day of the day the electrician showed up and told he was not needed.  FPL uses their own crews to finish the permanent connection.  I explained this but it was not accepted and then I was proved right after wasting contractors time.  I have never stopped responding.   There are FPL costs that the electrician that installs the outside breaker box and connects to the home does not do.  *** uses their own contractors or has to be an approved electrician from their own list.

There is still an outstanding debt and a lien has been placed.
