Every f****** thing! Bunch of dishonest people from the start. Price online isnt the price you can get because you have to get all the qualifications that they did not disclose. On top of additional ******** fees that they break down into reconditioning fees, administration fees etc. Any legitimate dealership will show the true price and not try to hide thousands of dollars. We drove 5 hours to get there just to hear all the lies we asked multiple times before we made the drive any hidden fees and if the price is right on the internet. But when we get there, they gave us different number and a low offer on our trade in car almost half on what the ***** blue book says. Internet price is too good to be true! Dont believe on what you see online. They have a bad reputation for years. ****** learned, read reviews before you deal with this company because they are horrible.

I was completely misled into a car deal with undisclosed terms, financial terms and many disc***ancies between what was promised and what is in the contract. I went there with the intention of speaking directly to the sales manager about the issue. Unfortunately i found myself being redirected multiple times throughout the day, which left me feeling frustrated and without a resolution.Specifically, the following issued occurred 1.I never got the chance to read through the contract by the finance manager to see what was the vehicle price, amount financed, rate, total payments, finance charged and all the other add-ons. On the said date, I only agreed to the deal because a sales *** i met earlier had made me aware that the price with all the dealership fees was $18, 439 and with a down payment of *****, $16, 439 was going to be financed excluding taxes and promised to get a good rate as well. Unfortunately, at my blind side, $23, ****** was the amount financed and the finance charged was $15,696.18 giving me a total payment of $41, ****** from a car that cost $14, ********************************* to believe it is nothing.2.Secondly, I had informed the sales *** and finance manager earlier that I was only able to afford $350 to $400 a month depending on the number of months I have to pay and he wanted to make me believe that was not important but I insisted that was how much I can pay considering my finances. I go through the contract and I see Im paying $546.37 for 72 months at my blind side. I'm still seeking resolution but felt the need to file a ***ort due to the current circumstances.

I have been trying to get an item diagnosed & fixed since 4/19/24 First, they thought it was the engine lifters- Then they thought it was torque converter- they nixed those ideas. Then they thought it was the purge valve - that was replaced. This did not resolve the ********** this point the engine light came on & vehicle was attempting to stall out.Brought it back in - they had it for 2 weeks. Said the purge valve was stuck open (mind you it wasnt even a month old) & that the oil pan needed to be resealed; they said because there was an oil leak that meant the engine oil was low (which if it was why wasnt the electronic computer alerting ************** that was making the noise & causing the issue.I picked the car back up on 7/31 - on 8/2 & the same issue is already happening again. They brought the car back in on 8/12 & kept it for the day. THIS TIME they said that the shifting issue is caused by the drive shaft (this is a FWD there is no drive shaft) & that the ticking noise is caused by a combination of the purge valve, high pressure fuel *********** injectors. They said all of this is NORMAL I took my vehicle to another mechanic who diagnosed it in under an hour! He let me know that there is an issue with the exhaust bracket & this is causing an issue with the catalytic converter which in turn is causing the shifting issues. THIS IS AN ISSUE THAT ** SENT OUT A SPECIAL COVERAGE BULLETIN FOR OVER 2 YEARS AGO!!!! Had it been check at some point during the past 5 months & the exhaust repair caught early all of these other issues wouldn't have arisen. Now there is a need for even more repairs due to the service departments 'guess the parts' game. I've sent an email to the assistant service manager, *****, I've also left him a voicemail. I also reached out to my service advisor, *******. Neither have responded to me as of yet. These repairs need to be made ASAP before there are more issues, namely the transmission.

Wish I could rate a zero star, not even worth one. Where do I start? Came in for a new vehicle which was highly "discounted" as the model year is changing, thinking it would be great addition for our family. Right out of the gate the discount disappears with with all their exorbitant fees, simple tag transfer was quoted at $500, Proc/Doc fee of $1,693, add-ons such as Clear Shield + VIP Services + some accessory for a total over $4,000. Even with an excellent credit score, they started my offer out with a 10%+ rate. Will add, while I was there, another family was upset calling them out on their shady practices. Don't waste your time or effort and take your business where you are valued.

The dealer has a car published at a sale price of 53.966 dollars. I inspected the car and decided to buy it, at the moment of the purchase they added $6192 extra dollars with arguments like they were losing money on the sale so they needed to add extra charges like: Documents fee ($1298), VIP Package ($899), Repairs done to the car ($3995). Please note the car is a 2022 car with 8k miles on it, and they try to charge ''repairs'' for almost 4k. I have all the documents showing this scam Sales person was ******** ********, for information purposes

I Purchased a used dodge vehicle from *** bachrodt of coconut creek three years ago. First problem arose the second time I brought it in for warranty checkup. Change oil indicator came on so we expected them to change oil being under warranty. Oil change was NOT done. Instead I was told that their service center doesn't do this service and was directed to bring it to a licensed repair center.Second problem arose when I reminded them that they were to provide a spare key. The original key for the vehicle was the only one provided and an agreement was made BEFORE PURCHASE by the sales department for one replacement key per year for the term of warranty. I was told *** bachrodt does not give replacement keys and I would have to go to a Dodge dealership for replacing the key. So the sales department LIED to me!Third problem arose when i noticed the vehicle was pulling to the right side when driving. ******** center said they don't service dodge vehicles and I would have to bring it to a licensed repair center for repairs.I have put the vehicle under PEPBOYS repair center and other than the issue with the spare key, everything has been repaired (including an electrical problem PEPBOYS discovered).I have NEVER had a response returned from Lou bachrodt coconut creek and last time I called them I was put on hold and then hung up on.I now need to purchase another vehicle for my family and unless at least this KEY issue is rectified (it was promised before purchase), I will NOT BE USING *** BACHRODT again. What a SHAMEFUL, ***** dealership!

Had to take them to court for charging $4000 for work that wasn't preformed. They also refuse to give me a service history on my car.
