    I signed a contract with Cis fencing on June 3 , giving them a ***** dollar deposit 25% of the job . They do not respond to phone calls or emails . The permit has been issued but they have yet to pay for it so it is Sitting with the *********************** . I requested to cancel the contract and they refuse to give me back any of my money although they have not competed any work . I will compensate them for the permit . I dont not have trust that they will complete the job since the contact was signed 4 months ago , I am reading recent reviews of this company , people having the same concerns . This company needs to reimburse me so that I can hire a dependable company to complete my job . They should not be allowed to operate in such. Poor manner and take advantage of people

    Client was upset because our ************* accidentally uploaded a wrong survey for the city to review. That mistake was fixed a week later after the city notified us of the error. Once we got the approval, he immediately requested for a cancellation and contacted the city of **************'s building department to initiate the cancellation process himself. We might had made a small mistake but corrected and got the city approval for his fence only for him to shut it down.

    We were upfront with him and we return all emails and calls. I'm not sure why he cancelled for such a small mistake.

    ON FEB ***************************************************************************************** TO LITTLE HE CAME BACK WE NEGOTIATED THE ***** I SIGNED THE CONTRACT THE SALESMAN ENDED UP BEING FIRED THEN IT WAS TIME TO GET PERMIT I DID THE PAPERWORK AND SENT IT BACK I DIDINT HEAR ANYTHING SO I CALLED THEM BACK AND THE PERSON WHO DOES PERMIT LEFT OR WAS FIRED SO THEE WAS STILL PAPERWORK I HAD TO DO I FINALLY GOT THE PERMIT AND NOW IM WAITING TO GET FENCE I CALLED ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO IF I DONT CALL I GET NO EMAILS OR CALLS FROM THEM I WAS TOLD IM NUMBER ************************************************************************************************ BACK AND WHEN HE DID I WAS NUMBER 15 THIS IS 6 MONTHS LATER I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY AE THEIVES THAT DONT WANT TO WORK ITS ONE EXCUSE AFTER THE OTHER

    Ms. ****** signed up with us and we went through a permitting process that if fully dependent on the city's performance and documents provided by the client. After we get permit approval, all our clients get put on an installation queue and are built of a first-come first-served order. Ms. ****** is currently on number 15 on said list and we are not planning on skipping 14 clients for 1. We follow our queue and build in an efficient manner.

     

    We are licensed, we are insured, and we pass inspections. No permit personnel has been fired in my office. One of our staff left the company to pursue his career with his new college degree. We were happy to see **** grow into a professional.

     

    We don't steal but we also don't let clients bully us around into running our company. She placed this complaint because she called me while I was at the field, AWAY from my computer and unable to accurately update her place in line, and asked her to give me time to call her back once I'm in the office. She agreed only to immediately start posting the same responses as this to my **** reviews. Client is upset but not in the right. Once we build the 14 also paying customers with approved permits, we will build her like the rest.
