I went in for an interview, and I was braided by the sales manager. He said multiple inappropriate things to me during that interview that wouldve been HR offenses if I was hired Then they tried to re Interview me and then when I brought it up to them had a attitude and then didnt even offer me the interview at that point. I wouldnt work for this place. If you paid me, I wouldnt buy a car from this place if it was free, a bunch of grown man defending each other for their inappropriate workplace acts.Review from Carl S

Both my wife and I have bought multiple vehicles from Daytona Toyota. I considered Daytona Toyota to be my dealership that I do business with when looking for a new vehicle. I trusted this dealership. And I had no intent of ever shopping anywhere else for a vehicle. But now I wont return to do business there. Daytona Beach is a small city and I will continue spreading the information of how I was treated at every business, with every individual or interaction Im involved in. I recently purchased my truck Ive dreamed of owning for a while now. I bought it at the ********* where they sell used vehicles. I purchased a 2019 *********** Ranger. Was very happy with my purchase as I had big plans for it. A month or so later I purchased some aftermarket wheels and tires to be professionally installed at a shop coincidentally across the street from the smart lot. When we put the truck on the lift we found that the drivers side CV Axel was absolutely shot. There was grease all underneath the truck EVERYWHERE. Three mechanics looked at the issue and explained that it had been an existing issue due to the extent of the damage and the amount of grease covering a large area underneath the truck. They suggested I contact Toyota and explain the situation and they would most likely honor it due to it being an existing issue. I honestly thought the same thing because I have had nothing negative to say about Toyota up to this point. I contacted my salesman, I didnt purchase any extended warranty so he was no help. A manager sent me a text asking for details and Ive had no response since explaining everything. I understand I didnt purchase any extended warranty. But I was confident Toyota inspects these vehicles up and down before selling. I always held my opinion of them very high. This happened at the worst time of the year. This is the slowest season for my business. Im stuck trying to locate the part. I cant afford the part and repair. Very disheartening. Very let down.Review from Chad t

terrible ppl lied to me about total cost rushed me threw signing , put 9000 down on a ***** dollar car traded in a truck i was upside down 15 gs but i get my loan info back and now have ***** loan how is that possible they must have addded a bunch of dealer bull and lies shame on these ppl for not carring and treating a repeat customer this way. zero stars shameReview from Billy W

During my oil change I witnessed tech having difficulty put several screws back into my truck I was concerned because he tried to put 3 different bolts in several spots with an impact tool that didnt fit the hole. I confronted him and management and I was told the prev oil change must have stopped out the threads. This was a lie because all my oil changes are done here at this dealership Im very upset my new truck is permanently damagedDaytona Toyota Response

I would give ZERO stars if I could! DO NOT BUY HERE! They completely screwed me over! If I could have sued them I would have! Now Im in a car I absolutely hate! When asked to give me my old car back they refused, my car wasnt even on the lot, ILLEGAL! Dirty things happen here! BUYER BEWARE!!Daytona Toyota Response

Not sure why this review is coming in now since the vehicle was purchased back in May of 2022. ****************** traded in her 2015 ***** Civic for a 2022 Toyota Camry 2 days later she returned because she didn't like the 22 Camry. She wanted to rebuy her 2015 *****, but we had already sent it to the auction as it failed our inspection, and we would not be able to put it on our lot for resale. We traded into a 2019 Toyota Corolla that she had chosen after viewing many different vehicles. Now 16 months later we are receiving this review. I believe it's because some of our new salespeople are datamining customers gauging their interest in a new vehicle.Review from Virginia M

I bought a 23 Tundra it came with one key,When asked about the second key there response was there is a chip shortage and I will be sent a second key shortly, Now after 8 months with continuous phone calls I finally received the clicker part but the metal key insert,for the lock on the glove box was missing,once againI was told they will mail it to me, as I write this Im still waiting,A million dollar business like this tells myself I made a mistake buying my truck from this outfit, So buyer bewareDaytona Toyota Response

My name is Greg R. I had a 1:15 appointment at Daytona Toyota on 9/22/23. I was responsible enough to call in at 1:14 pm. to announce my lateness by 15 min max. Little did I know when I made the call they changed the appointment to 130 to accommodate my lateness which was fine. I had the blue kia. Anyway I got there at 1:20 and my advisor was Michelle. She wasn't at her desk and I waited around 5 - 10 min. Mind you they work in a covered outside area and I have COPD 1 & very hot there. I requested another advisor to check me in and they refused to give me one. I went in and requested a manager they put very little effort in on finding one. Then Steve (one of the agents comes in) instead of trying to accommodate me he asked how long am I here for? I said approx 10 min. He then asked what time was your appointment? I said 1:15. Steve said no and said said no your appt was at 1:30. I said no it was at 1:15. Of course he didn't believe me that the scheduler changed the appointment when I called in to tell then I was going to be late. They changed it 115 to 130 that Steve didn't see. Steve told me to calm down. After some time Michelle came back and checked me in All I wanted was to be checked in. If the agent isn't at her desk they should allow another agent to check u in. That's all it would have taken. That is what is called customer service. I know no one will care about what I'm writing but I will take this to the district manager and write a review on the BBB. Since they don't care I don't care! If money is an issue Another agent could of checked in my appointment in Michelle's name. This policy is so stupid. Worst of all they don't care even if you have COPD.Review from Robin H

Was sold a car. They convinced me to sign a finance agreement till I brought the full amount of money in and the finance agreement would not be submitted. I brought in a cashier check and paid car off on 5/17. On 5/28 the dealership sent in finance agreement and received money from them too and stuck me with interest and fees when the car was already paid. Criminal!!!! They liedReview from Kristen B

Daytona Toyota wanted to add 6k above MSRP. After telling them I would not pay 6k more than MSRP, the sales manager wanted me to applaud him for his honesty. These people grandstand their greed, which is on full display. Go to a factory Toyota dealership. Avoid this dealership unless you want to pay 4k to 6k above MSRP. Don’t be a sucker who gets sticker sucker punched.
